Description of Work: While the service and quality were great, the gentleman who cleaned my carpet pressured me into paying $300 in additional charges to get out a few pet stains. Since I needed to have the carpet ready the following day, I agreed to the charges. After the cleaning I call the company to explain my unhappiness with the pressure to pay $300 on top of my $97 (which I thought would be sufficient). The friendly manager agreed to refund me $200, making my total payment $197.

Description of Work: The company was very prompt in calling me back,but the did the job in about a half hour and many stains came up the nextday, and it needs to be redone.

Description of Work: I had an Angie's List Big Deal for three carpet areas (the living room the bedroom and the walk -in closet) + one couch for $97. I was told over the phone that a second living room couch would cost $89 and that and that there could be an additional charge for pet stain removal. That turned out to be $50. I was not aware that there would be an additional $5 charge for each cushion on both couches! That cost another $40. Shouldn't the couch covered by the special include the cushions ? In any event, grand total was $276 plus a tip. Not cheap (I've had people do it for half that) but they did do a good job.

Description of Work: I was unhappy with the original work done on cleaning my upholstered chair but Mike from Quality Carpet Cleaning sent a person out to re-clean the chair at no charge, The person was very professional and did a great job. Mike was very gracious and anxious to rectify the problem Great customer service!

They moved all but the largest pieces of furniture (they moved chairs and end tables but not the hutch or entertainment center or beds).

Description of Work: When I called to make appt. They were aware there was a pet stain. They came promptly but wanted to charge extra to spray deodorizer/sanitizer on stain(they did not not charge extra) 15min to clean 3 bedrooms and a hall. A years worth of dirt cleaned in 15 min. I was left with very wet carpets. Next morning they are dry BUT pet odor still apparent. Very disappointed. It dosent matter how expensive the machine is if you don't properly use it.
