We use Fernando at ProWindowz regularly for our townhouses in Venice beach. I think they are great. Very responsive to your needs and don't mind texting to remind you if you leave a window open (...oops!). In all seriousness, call ProWindowz, you will love their service. A++++

Fernando and his crew are highly efficient and professional. They are amazing in every way. I can't recommend them highly enough. Inside and out, everything is cleaned to perfection.

It was not the first time they performed the service. they were on time, and very neat. I even referred them to a neighbor up the street. After my windows were washed i notice MANY scratches all over the 3 large fleetwood sliders in the kitchen. I had had Fernando before and we'd gone over the fact that I had known my windows had Some scratches from the installation the the doors, this was Not that!! These were hundreds of scratches that were caused by washing and motion of the squeegee across the panes. He even came later in the day to demonstrate the motion which was the EXACT long rainbow and pulling movements that were underneath the rubber squeegee and said there was NO way HIS squeegee could have done it!! The doors had NEVER had these marks prior to that day. We got into a huge argument, and he said in 10 years he'd never scratched a window... well then my neighbor up the street Lisa proceeds to tell me that he scratched HER window earlier that week!! He probably had a different guy with a diff. tool, I didn't oversee the job that day etc! All I know is that my windows NEVER looked like that before he and his crew came there. He told me that even though he was insured that I'd have to SUE him to get any money to cover the damage to the doors as he didn't think he actually did anything to them. He just kept saying I'm sorry, these were caused by razor blades, and my husband said "well razor blades don't usually make 4' long sweeping cuts like that across windows. We have a 9 month old house!! Please don't let this guy ruin your windows and then not take any responsibility for it and keep saying he's never scratched a window and try to blame everyone else but himself or anyone on his crew. He cannot have that perfect a track record in his entire career.

As i have used this service since 2008, i have repeat great experience. he arrives on time, always. unloads his gear at the gate, and then rings to come in. we have determined up front if i want him to begin outside or inside and he gets to work. he is great with dogs and doesn't disrupt anything going on in the household. he finishes in a very reasonable amt of time, walks you through the finished project and prepares an invoice for payment.
