Property Mix is an independent real estate brokerage firm run by Ryan Flegal, broker and owner. I specialize in real estate marketing and negotiation. Previously co-owner of a national franchise real estate company, I opened Property Mix to change the real estate model and bring one-to-one service to each and every client.

Much of the business I do is selling and helping buyers purchase single family homes, condos, and income properties. Nearly all my business is from referrals. Description of Work: When my fianc and I met with Ryan we had a number of cities and types of houses we were interested in. Ryan was very patient and took the time to show us house after house, for over six months. We did finally narrow it down to specific areas and types of houses. Ryan never got impatient with me, even after seeing approximately 40 different houses. Some days we saw 5 in a row. Not only did Ryan pick us up in his energy efficient Prius, but he gave us specific information about the properties and even offered an honest opinion. When he might have just agreed with us in order to get his commission, he would tell us structural issues. Not only is Ryan a real estate agent, but he owns some developments and specializes in building environmentally friendly green buildings. If you're looking for a house (and believe me, this is a great time) call Ryan Flegal.
