The service was great. They were on time, cleaned quickly, and did a great job! The team cleans with attention to detail, which is greatly appreciated. I will continue to use their services each week.

They are fantastic. They’re honest and do a wonderful cleaning job. They have a great attitude. They bring a crew of 3-4 wonderful ladies to work on our large apartment. We’ve had them for over a year now.

No complaints, they were polite, took directions well, arrived on time and completed the process in 5 hours. The tenant was very pleased with the work and has arranged with Fatima Brown, owner of Property Maids, to return on a routine schedule for upkeep cleaning. I, as the owner of the property, would have the crew clean my personal home in the future. I have had housekeepers in the past who did not provide the quality of service that the Property Maids provided.

This is a follow up review. Fatima's girls are AWESOME! My house is so clean. My floors are eat off clean. I'm afraid if they continue like this, my prior housekeeper who left me to have a baby will not have her job back. I love these girls. And they're nice too! Thank you Fatima! You're girls did an awesome job today.

So this is a follow up review. The first time they came they were like a white tornado that left my house sparkling! The second time the girls forgot to wash the floors. I contacted Fatim and she was right on it! She came over to see what the problem was and handled it immediately. The girls then did an AWESOME job. Fatima is so concerned about keeping me happy and I love that! I highly recommend Property Maid and Fatima. I will definitely continue using them as they are great! I have gone through six services since my Ale left me to have a baby. Fatima's girls and Fatima are keepers!

This is by far the best maid we have ever had in our lives! Very attentive and meticulous. I'd recommend Property Maid to anyone looking for a great house cleaning experience!

Fatima's girls did an awesome job. I was a scheduling nightmare for Fatima. I got sick and had to go to the hospital so I canceled on her without 24 hours notice. Then she worked me in and got my house cleaned. The girls showed up right on time. They were lovely! Professional. Ursala was a pleasure to work with. She listened to all my neurotic ways I need my house cleaned and she handled it. I have had the same housekeeper for 10 years and she left me to have a baby. She has spoiled me. I have gone through four services trying to find someone who wants my house to be as pretty as I need it. None of the other four services (Not on Angie's List BTW) could handle the way I need my house cleaned. Fatima's girls were right on the same page with me. I'm looking forward to next week! Can't wait for them to come again! So now I have had time to really check on Fatima's girls. I used to clean my own house so I know how it needs to look and what needs to be done. I am a fanatic about cleanliness! They cleaned my oven! They cleaned my refridge! Marilu folded the tissues and the toilet paper like a five star hotel. I checked under the rugs. No dirt left behind. Oh did I mention I have three big dogs? So I took a damp cloth and ran it over the floors. No dirt! Ursala cleaned the closet. My husband thought the bed was super comfy last night. So all is very good here. I am excited for Fatima's girls to return. I think my house is going to be spotless going forward and that's the way I need it!

The service of Property Maids was fantastic. We had originally scheduled for 9am on Friday and at 9:45p Thursday, I had to ask for the time to be changed to after 11am. Fatima was able to accommodate this last minute request, which was great appreciated. The women came on time and really worked hard at making our house look more like a home. The house was dirtier than we had expected and the women spend 4 hours on the upstairs alone. But, they scrubbed windows, window sills, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The second 4 hours were spent on the downstairs bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen was a tough battle with all of the grease that was in and on everything. We truly appreciated all of the work these women did, but there was still more to do. We asked if anyone was available to come the next day to finish up the living room. One of the women lived fairly close by and came to help with the living room. Saturday morning. A big THANK YOU to Property Maid!!

I called based on the reviews. Fatima was very responsive and was able to schedule a cleaning quickly. The 2 women showed up early and were pleasant. The 2 issues I have are with the price and thoroughness of the cleaning. Over the phone Fatima quoted me $25/hr for a first time Angies's List referral. When I received the invoice, it was $175 for 3.5 hrs. That's $50/hr! I guess it's 25/hr for each cleaning person. That was not said over the phone. Bait and switch. The second issue is the thoroughness of the cleaning. They did a decent job but there were areas of the floor that were not completely clean. They mopped but they needed to scrub areas of the tile by hand to get the build up. I was at work so I was not able to supervise. I didn't discuss this with Fatima because I had a renter moving in and didn't have time to wait any longer.

It was an amazing experience. I had used this service a year ago, and loved them. My house (originally) was very very dusty and dirty due to living on the rim of a canyon and their crew of competent cleaning ladies came in and made my whole house sparkle. It took them about 6 or 7 hours the first time...luckily, when they came back last Wednesday, even though it was pretty dirty again, and I thought it would take the same amount of time, they actually finished in 4.5 hours!! The house looked great and it was less time and money!! They bring their own products (green and clean) and do a great job. It's nice to know that these ladies clean well, and quickly and if they finish early, they will tell you and you pay less. Great deal...I highly recommend them. I have already told some of my neighbors that are not on Angie's list about them. Enjoy!

Unfortunately the quality of the service was significantly lacking. After 2 hrs of cleaning my 2500 sq ft home the 3 cleaners said they were finished. When I rubbed my hands along a couple of the base boards my hands came up still covered in dust. They redid the mopping but I had to go around the entire house and point out where it was still very dusty. After they left I opened half of the cabinets and they were still covered in dust and construction. However, after providing feedback on Angie's list I did receive a call apologizing that I was not happy and they offered to come out again for a free cleaning. I will take them up on that in a few weeks once I am unpacked. Appreciated the call and the follow up - they are obviously concerned about providing a quality service.

I had a two member team clean my new apartment (2000 sq ft) before I moved in. They were on time and did a great job. It was originally going to be three cleaners but the two did a great job in 3 hours. I would definitely call again to clean my house.

They worked very hard. I was impressed with the care they took with the fragile items in the house and the swiftness in which they did their work. Fatima had a few suggestions that I appreciated. I have hired them to provide service on an ongoing basis.

Fatima is very responsive and professional. She arrived on time with a crew of ladies who quickly and efficiently cleaned the house beautifully - everything from the vents over the stove to baseboards, and spot cleaning finger prints off the walls. The one time I pointed out something they had missed, they offered to come back and take care of it at no charge. Clearly they value customer service. Since there are several workers at one time, they divide and conquer the tasks and are in and out pretty quickly. The upside of that is less disruption to us (we work in our home office); the down side is laundry doesn't get finished. They aren't cheap, but I love that they carry insurance and provide their own cleaning supplies.

Fatima is responsive and professional. Her ladies worked hard and cleaned up the house quickly and with their own supplies. In my opinion, it is a little overpriced for the service. Because she has a business, she pays for insurance to cover her ladies and to protect her customers. However, that price increase does not match the quality of service provided - it was decent but not extraordinary. They get the job done. But it didn't blow my mind, and I was disappointed to see that items around the house were not replaced once moved. My entire bathroom countertop was transported to the edge of the shower and that's where it was left. Similarly, the silverware was put in the washer without order and I had to go in and fix it so they would actually get clean. Overall, they did an ok job. But I am willing to take my chances with being responsible for anyone who enters my house and pay less for a superior service elsewhere.

The only issue I've had with them is the time issue. My schedule isn't very flexible and so I have to have the maids start at 2pm which, I know, makes it challenging for them to schedule the work. Often they don't arrive until 3:30.

Fatima got back to me to book the same day I called. She is able to text, so that helps a lot with clarity of address, special directions, etc. Her crew on site was under direction of Yolanda, who spoke English very well and managed the four other workers. It took 5 gals aboout 6 hours and they were all working hard. This was not your ordinary cleaning. they did a great job.

Overall, they did a good job. Fatima was very responsive and helpful when there was a problem with the dryer. Many Thanks.

They did a very good thorough job. The only thing I have to say is they like to get things really clean, so they can be a little bit rough on some things. They did a lot of scrubbing and there was some damage to the surface of the shower, which I will have to get redone, but it needed to be redone anyway. Otherwise they did a good job. They arrived on time and I will be using them again in the future.

We called in the morning and asked if someone could help us that afternoon. The team arrived and did a great job.

The service was OK.

They come in to our filthy apt and 3perople spent form 12:00 to 5:00 PM and did a fantastic job. They are perfect they go right to work and never stop till it is done.

Three ladies cleaned for two hours for $84/hour. It was next day service. It already had a once over, but It wasn't thorough and I didn't want to invest the time myself. They arrived with the right tools and cleansers, and made everything spotless (floors, appliances, all smelling like lemons on completion. All went perfectly.

They were on time, and very easy to work with. They cleaned everything on my list, plus some! I will use them again, and I highly recommend them!

Loved this company and the service they provided. Had an emergency and they came right away, cleaned my house from top to bottom and was extremely pleased with the ladies - thank you! Will be using you again in the future.
