They did an excellent job, but arrived late.

They did a great job. Very thorough and professional. They showed up on time and because it was a team of 4 people, they got the job done fast. That is important to me because I work from home, so I want to minimize disruption. They were in and out much faster than a single cleaning person. I will definitely ask them to come back again.

Fatima and her crew were very friendly, communicative and professional. I think it is really smart to have several people clean at once, so the work gets done quickly. I liked that they brought their own supplies, and I felt the price was fair. I am so happy with the service, that I have asked them to come clean monthly. Thank you!

They have been cleaning our house for several years now. This is the first time they came for a post-construction cleaning. The house was IMPECABLE afterwards. They are trustworthy and reliable. Totally recommend them for any cleaning project you have!

The cleaning itself was fine, they were relatively thorough and the cost always came out to a consistent amount no matter how many cleaners came in. The problem I encountered was scheduling. I had to text the scheduler multiple times to get a response, then when I asked for a concrete day and time, all I'd get was a "probably". Many times the cleaners didn't show up on time or didn't show up at all without calling and I had to call to find out what was going on. I do not recommend this service.

Very slow. Three cleaning ladies working for 6 hours should have done the job in half the time. It is a 2 bed/2 baths apartment. I had one single cleaner before finishing in 4 hours. Technically it was like working for 18 hours. Does that make any sense to you? When the charge per hour is nearly $90 (w/discount) I find it ridiculous to drag it out this long in the interest to make the most amount of money for the owner. I was looking for the college degree certificate for this type of work- don't thing they had one. Regular price for them is $35/hr/person. Maybe in Silicon Valley they earn this much.... When you hire someone for a flat fee, they rush through to get out early. When you pay them high hourly fees, they take it easy... Capitalism at its worst.

Fatima and her team were incredibly thorough, kind and great to work with. I hired 2 maids to do a deep cleaning of my apartment (bathrooms, kitchen, shades, you name it). The apartment was left looking like I had just moved in. Very happy with my service and will certainly use them again.

Fatima brought her A game and had a great lady come to my home and clean my living space downstairs to perfection. Great job.

They were thorough, did a great job and were pleasant to deal with. Also, since there were 4 people working, they were able to complete the job fairly quickly.

I got them from Angie's List. I am not really happy with them. They were very highly recommended. I plan on getting rid of them as soon as I finish some construction work. I find them to be expensive and unreliable in that I never know for sure if they are showing up. They always have an excuse, but I am sorry, I don't accept that. They charge $120. They are at the point where three people show up and they are here for an hour. Now, they do bring their own equipment which I appreciate, but I don't feel that they are rushing through everything and, of course, three people divided by $120 is $40 an hour. I don't know anybody that cleans houses that makes $40 an hour. When they first started they were here more for, like, two hours and did a better job. The last time they were here they didn't clean my stove which was the dirtiest thing in the house. But I do have to admit that when I asked my friends about their cleaning help they all have the same problems with people not showing up and no telephone call, nothing, so you are left waiting all day for them to show up. They?always have an excuse, mind you. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Mind you, the workers are very nice and when I tell that them that something has not been done properly they do go out of their way to make sure that it is done. I don't like to have to supervise the cleaning help. I can't do it anymore, I am elderly, but I expect things done. After they leave, I don't like to see that they haven't done a very good job?in the shower or whatever. If I call and they haven't shown up they do try to accommodate me the next day, but the next day doesn't work out for me, but they are responsive when I call. If I tell them certain things need to be done that day they do it. I am still using them.

I recently had construction to renovate our house, putting in an entirely new kitchen and two new bathrooms. The rooms were gutted from floor to ceiling. Of course this created a mess in the rest of the house as well. They came and did an amazing job on the post-construction clean up and on cleaning the rest of the house. The work was amazing!

The cleaners arrived right on time (7:30 am), brought all supplies including a stepladder, and were very personable and cheerful. But when I got home from work, I was disappointed that while the ladies had done a great job in some areas, other spots looked like they hadn't been touched. Probably would have had a better result if I had stayed home to give more precise instructions. Was able to take advantage of first-time-user discount because of Angie's List, and I'm grateful for that,

When I made an appointment I requested 2 cleaners and at the max 3. I was sent 4 which is paid per person. With 4 people in an small apartment (each person in a room) it should not have taken more than an hour but it took them about an hour and 40 minutes. It was my first time so I received a discount which is fine. But I question if I would book them again at regular price knowing that if I request 2 that they'll send 4 anyway.

excellent - they showed up within the window that was predicted. The ladies Fatima sends do an AMAZING and very through job of cleaning the house. I have a 3000 sq ft home and it takes 3 of them about 4 hours to give it a good, solid cleaning. I don't have them move stuff on my kids shelves or anything to dust because that would take all day, but everything they do clean is spotless. I honestly think I could lick the floors when they are done they are so clean. Cannot recommend these ladies enough. Also, they are very nice and bubbly, which is an added bonus if you are going to have people in your home for a few hours at a time.

I've never had a better cleaning than from Property Maid. I've used them for 2 years now and they continue to impress. It actually gets better and better each time. Overall, I really appreciate the attention to detail, the overall excellent cleaning job and the communication between us and the Manager.

Good, fair price, sometimes I get 3 ladies and sometimes 4. The price varies how many ladies get assigned. The more ladies, the more you pay, but it takes less time to get the house cleaned.

The three ladies were punctual, pleasant and thorough. My only objection is the price. I think $252 is a lot for less than 3 hours of work.

Fatima saved me!!!! I had guests coming into town and my regular maid cancelled at 3pm leaving me no time or options. I called Fatima and she had a great crew come out right away and they did a great job. Three girls came, very professional and sweet, and they stayed for two hours. Expensive, but they got it done and I was very happy with the service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them as well.

I called and left a message twice...never received a return call. I was really in need of a housekeeper and was glad to see there was a service available in my neighborhood.

OK, you want the dirt on this company? Well, there is none! That is, when they were done cleaning my house, there was no dirt to be found. Two women showed up on time, started work and never stopped until the job was done. They scrubbed, washed, polished, buffed and bleached until the entire place sparkled. Then, two hours later, they finally stopped and took a breath. They were amazing. I had what I considered to be the best cleaner in the business, until they left the business. I have tried a half dozen other companies and have been less than impressed. All right, I admit I am a bit OCD when it comes to the condition of my house. (The "C" stand for clean of course.) It is difficult to find a company that actually does what they say they will do, and more. This is such a company. Fatima knows what she is doing and clearly vets her staff well. She made a clean sweep of my place. (Sorry, I just can't help it.) Anyway, if you have ever described yourself as, "Proudly OCD" when it comes to the condition of your home, you have met your match with Fatima and her crews.
