We are currently offering deep cleaning services and coronavirus prevention and disinfecting services. We equip our cleaners with the proper gear, including N95 masks, protective suits, and gloves when homes, cleaning offices or small businesses that are concerned about the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We have added Simple Green d Pro 3 Plus to our sanitizing products and cleaning process that kills 99.9% of germs and is nontoxic and biodegradable.

Description of Work: Overall, Property Maid is the best company I have had clean our home. We currently have between 3 and 4 ladies come to clean biweekly for 2-3 hours. We have a 2500 sq ft home with lots of stairs including 4 bathrooms (3 of the 4 are used). | |Other companies we have used have done fairly well in the beginning but usually after about 4 visits, the quality starts to wane then drops and usually just go through the motions. Property Maids has been the most competent. However, the honeymoon period is definitely over. I wish there was more consistency with the quality of the work but for now I am satisfied. Fatima is excellent to work with with regards to scheduling.

Description of Work: They started October 27th and did such a great job, I have had them come every week since. They have continued to do a fantastic cleaning job. The women are extremely helpful and work very hard. They have always been on time and work quickly and high quality. Fatima is very professional and works well on schedule changes. Veronica, Fatima, and their team of workers were very good in cleaning our apartment. They cleaned everything much as possible within 2 hours and we were satisfied with everything. The only thing was they were a bit late because they couldn't find the apartment.

They were timely as I recall. They did a good job. Mostly they were responsive. When I needed to get something done, they were able to react pretty quickly to get it done. I would use them again. I haven’t compared their prices with anyone else. I would use their services again in the future.

Never had an arrival time. Man showed up at 10:30 and came back next morning to finish. He did a thorough job, but I found scratches on the oven glass and refrigerator door that I hadn't noticed before. I don't know if he did them or if the tenant that had just left did them. He had a Professional and pleasant demeanor.

The rates are very reasonable. The cleaner are always on time and they do a thorough job. So, I'm pretty happy with the outcome and I am "wowed" by or Sparkling Cleaning office.
Description of Work: Great discovery. My boss asked me to search for a new cleaning company for our officebuilding. I interviewed several companies and we ended up choosing Property Maid. After the first cleaning everything was ship-shape - immaculate. The kitchen floors were sparkling, the bathrooms smelled fresh, and the desks were all clean. NO dust on the computers!!! On top of everyting, they are extremely professional and courteous.

Three people came by and dusted, mopped, cleaned inside and behind stove & fridge. They were punctual in returning my initial call, arrived on time, and explained that they used only eco-frindly products. Service was very professional and the price was very fair. I would definitely use them again.
