They were very good, she was very personable and they both worked very hard, her expertise was not in cleaning the garage, it was more in evaluating the situation and how to be more organized. She was not a very hands on person.
Description of Work: They cleaned the garage and they reorganized it for us.

Being 'hands on' is the very definition of who I am. Another client whose whole house I organized says, "I've worked with other organizers, but never experienced anything like this - Sasha is so incredibly hands on, I got my life back!" I find most clients to be grateful and responsive to my skills and earnestness, but there are always people who project unrealistic expectations. Consider the evaluation from these clients. They gave me: *a 'B' on price. I charged $50 an hour, half of what many LA organizers charge for garages. *a 'B' on quality. In four hours, my assistant and I completely cleared, cleaned, and organized a cluttered two-car garage. We had cobwebs in places the sun doesn't shine! *a 'B' on responsiveness: I received an inquiry call on a busy Saturday, and immediately left what I was doing to meet them for a free consultation. I shifted my schedule to do a rush job the next day, as requested. * a 'B' on punctuality. We were on time, and even worked a bit over w/o an extra charge. * a 'B' on professionalism. I was asked to haul away their copious amount of garbage - a service I do not offer. I had someone haul away their metal goods, and offered them referral numbers re: the trash, but they declined. It was obvious from the get-go that Sasha is an experienced organizer who enjoys helping people. She helped to elicit from me the vision of what I wanted and was not only able to incorporate my wishes, but she brought things to the table that I wouldn't have even thought of. I guess that's why she's the professional. What really impressed me was that Sasha is constantly aware of the whole picture. My main concern was the office, but she pointed out a few things that she observed in other areas of the house as well. I appreciate that her approach was to teach me how deal with things in a more effective way so that my office won't end up being the mess that it was before. I've incorporated the things that she taught me and indeed things have run more smoothly since. Sasha's generous with her time and was always available to take a quick question from me the few times that I've called since we worked together. I was so pleased with her expertise/energy that I referred her to a friend.
Description of Work: Sasha came in and helped me to organize my home office. My wife and I had moved and I thought it was a good time to finally get the office set up in a way that really supported my business.
