+ -1 moreCarlos Diaz, the company owner, is very professional and provided reference letters, photos and proof of liability insurance (without being asked). At the same time he was attentive to ideas and very easy to work with. Best of all, he has an eye for little things that can make the end result even better. For example, he suggested painting the back porch concrete to match the front, and repairing a broken weld on the iron front gate. In both cases this was suggested after the contract was signed. Carlos did it at his cost; even shopping around for the best price on the welding. His crew cleaned up each night and went out of their way to protect landscaping. Pro painting was not the cheapest bid we received, but not the most expensive either. If you are looking for quality, predictable results at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Pro Painting.
Description of Work: Pro Painting prepared and painted the exterior of our 1920's era single story Spanish house in West LA. That included sanding, priming, and two coats of premium paint for house and trim. Extensive sanding required for the original wood casement windows, plus stripping and sanding the beam and pillars on the porch so the wood could be stained (instead of repainting).
