Description of Work: They were on time, but the service of a $39 of a tune up was not worth the 5-10 mins. they were here.

Description of Work: technician wanted to upgrade the springs on the existing garage door, or sell me a new garage door. Since the door is operating properly I elected to just have the "tuneup" $39 special. When the door or opener needs replacing I will consider using Precision.

Description of Work: replaced rollers and fixed something else. 3 minutes total and 220!!! awful..wish I had checked other places and on top of that...they didn't fix something that hits the floor...THE WORST

Description of Work: The garage door was making a loud noise upon opening & closing. I was unavailable at the time the repair man was here so I trusted him to do the repair service. So I don't know exactly what he did but the garage works fine. My problem was that I should have been here and presented him with the coupon I had for reduced cost. My fault. The service rep was prompt, professional & seems to have done a good job.

Description of Work: The company came out to perform a garage door tune up. Went quick. He did try to up sell me on $500 worth of 'replacement parts' I didn't feel I needed with such a new garage door that had no problems. I just said maybe next time

Description of Work: Ryan diagnosed a broken spring and gave me the options. I chose to have both springs replaced. Job was done in a very timely manner. I am completely satisfied.
