Description of Work: Inspected opener and installed new rollers. Paid extra for universal remote. After service garage door started opening by itself. Took over a week for the company to get a man back and all he did was deactivate the remote.Problem continued and now I have unplugged motor and open the door manually. Bad experience all the way thru

Description of Work: This was an emergency repair; my wife backed out of the garage before opening the garage door. Precision Overhead Garage Door dispatched a repair man immediately and the repair was made in the most economical manner possible. The final charge was quite a bit less than the estimate because the repair man was able to repair instead of replace many of the damaged door segments.

Description of Work: The project required removal of old worn garage door open and the installation of a replacement garage door opener with a 1/2 HP LifeMaster Security+ Opener that included two remote controls. The technician was thorough, careful and displayed skill while working on the install. He also setup the remotes and base unit. Each step of the project was explained and post setup maintenance requirements were also detailed. He completed the job within expected time and worked in a friendly and business-like manner. Cleanup was complete and left nothing extra for us to do. We were quite satisfied with the work done.
