Description of Work: We could not close our door so we called Precesion. When the repairman came to fix the door he noticed we recently had some work done by Pacific |Termite. The repairman said that when Pacific finished their repairs they put the board that the garage door was conected to was incorrectly put back on & suggested we call Pacific. We did call Pacific (which is also on your listing) they came inspected & agreed with the repairman. So Pacific agreed to pay for the repair. However, when Pacific notified Precision that they would pay, they said that Precision way overcharged us for the repair that was done. Pacific paid the ajusted price for the repair & told us that we should also get a check back from Precision for the overcharge, which we did. |I feel that Precision Door & Pacific Termite worked very well together to get the problem resolved and, in the end, we paid nothing for the repair. |We didn't have to get upset or even debate who should pay, both companies were very professional and we (as the customer) didn't have to get involved at all. I would highly recommend both company.

Description of Work: Called them to see if they could replace a dented aluminum panel. Unfortunately the panel was made in Oklahoma, so the shipping on the panel would cost as much as a new door. So I opted for the new door and new springs. The old springs were not looking too good anyway. I have no idea if I got a good deal, but they were very prompt and replaced the door the same day and the door has been great since so no real complaints.

Description of Work: Looked at the garage door; sprayed something where the wheels run and then proceeded to say he could repair the door so it would be almost like new for $700.00. I've noticed that the wheels in the track are not running smoothly since that time. He was pleasant but really did nothing for the $39 I paid Angie's.
