Description of Work: I had them come out for a $39 tune up which was done. I mentioned "noise" when I had garage door opening. He then offered to replace all the rollers, implying that this would help. It didn't and after he left I sprayed the spring with some silicon lubricant and this helped solved the noise problem much better than the new rollers. When the put the rollers in they just bend the rail with some pliers and stick in the new rollers, this doesn't seem like the correct method to me.

Description of Work: Replaced all components for opening and closing garage door. 20 year old system was no longer responding to remote. Sent email confirmation of appt. Called to confirm arrival time.David was very professional, discussed options and recommendations, explaining everything. The work was done quickly, neatly and as described. I have used Precision for 15 years and have complete confidence in their work. Technicians are always courteous, careful in their assessment of problems and possible solutions. I have never felt pressured to do more than is necessary and results are always as promised.

Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener system with a new Lift Master screw drive motor system, inspected door roller system and made needed replacement of rollers. Tech Jeff worked quickly and effectively as detailed in the agreed work order. His work was most careful and neat. There was no debris to clean up after his visit.
