Repair completed in a reasonable time and is still working 5 years later. However additional services - install quiet quality rollers -were offered "off the clock" from the employer. I did not think that was ethical or professional.

Had Precision come out to assess problem with garage door opener. They identified the problem and provided options to consider. I went with getting a new opener and the price was fair. They installed, explained and followed up afterwards to ensure our satisfaction.

No charge again. It was easily resolved. They took care of it right away. Different people. Not much different, just different people. Same experience. That is their profession. They know how to fix it. They come out really fast. The only thing I could think of, it should have been done right the first time, but I'm not going to say that. Things happen.

Good experience with them. They had to come back to repair the off the track, and something else. They came out, and was good about coming out to fix it. There was no charge, its still under warranty. They come out when we request to repair something, and they do it. No pressure, everything was up front. The job took about an hour to repair it.

This is the second time I've used them. It didn't go well. The guys are friendly but they are taught to pressure sell you on everything. They really screwed up a very visible part of the job.

They scratched the door so I'm not really happy about it. They're in the process of fixing it. I don't think they did a really great job. Price was pretty average or maybe a little high. Pricing was okay. On the day that they said they were going to be there, they were an hour and a half late. I would think twice about it but the problem is they installed the door to begin with so I wanted somebody who's responsible for it. I would find somebody else who could do it.

Bought an Angie's list promotion for a garage door tuneup. What the listing does not say is if this is a mega company with many many franchises. I called their 800 number and instead of dispatching the franchise that the promotion goes with they sent out a different franchisee. The tech came out and told me flat out that the garage door couldn't be repaired but he could quote me for a replacement. Seems a bit like a bait and switch to me because how could they sell a garage door tuneup promotion when they don't even know what your garage door is going to look like or what brand it is. It's a nice opportunity to get an upsell. Tried to call Angie's list today to get my money back but it seems like they're going to be on a long weekend for NYE and are closed today. How unfortunate for us. If you're looking to take advantage of this promotion you may want to do your homework because the tech told me that Percision garage door uses a call center to service all their franchises and they apparently don't know what's going on as each individual franchise can do their own promotion. Will be taking our business somewhere else.

They did a great job. One of our doors is oversized and previous door complany never got it right. This crew knew how to do it.

It is fine now, I had to have them out three times. I didn’t like the first technician that came out. Other than the big deal it ended up being almost a complete rebuild, 1800 bucks. It didn’t work right so I got somebody else out and what he put in originally wasn’t right so he had to upgrade that and then I still had an issue and the last guy that came out got things squared right away. Would I provide a recommendation, probably not.

Very well, the technician was on time, polite, and didn't try to up-sell me for something else. He answered all my questions and was done in a timely manner.

I needed the work done the same day because I was only in town briefly trying to fix up my parents' home for sale. I called several companies and this was the only one that answered their phone and was able to schedule for that day. They gave me a window of noon to 2pm. They called twice to say the repairman was running late. I appreciated that they kept me informed. On the second call they gave me a 5 to 7 pm window. I told them that was too late, and the guy ended up showing up a little before 5 pm. I was happy with the person and his work, but I was shocked by the price. I did like that he tested the other garage door and said it was ok, so he was not pushing unnecessary work. Admittedly I should have gotten a firm quote ahead of time. I failed to do so, as I was desperate to get this job done, and I paid for that mistake. Here is the breakdown: 2 springs at $89 each (these cost about $30 each at Home Depot.) Flat labor rate $150 (job took less than half an hour.) Four little sheet metal hooks at $25 each. Service call (I was not told about this before work started): $39.95. Fuel Surcharge (what?!!!) $20 (was not pre-warned about this either.) I did get an Angie's list discount but the total was $474. I called to complain about the pricing, the service charge and the fuel charge. They called back the next day and refunded just the service charge so I ended up paying $434. (I thought they were also going to refund the fuel charge but maybe I misunderstood.) So...I think you can trust their work and their professionalism, but get a firm quote before you decide. I think you can get MUCH lower prices elsewhere if you have time to shop around.

After initial confusion because even though I had called and confirmed the prior day, a Service Tech called in sick. His work was picked up by another guy who came out and gave it everything he had. Unable to replace gasket because mine is an outdated / older style no longer kept in stock. Substituted roller replacement for gasket replacement. Tech installed a new sensor ($165), and got the garage door all up and running. I was expecting a $265-ish invoice, but apparently a $70 service call and a $20 mandatory fuel surcharge fee were added to my invoice for a total of about $350. Hmmm, $20 fuel surcharge per service stop, times at least 4 appointments per tech per day is $80. I am sure they do not burn through $80 a day in gas. Just saying they are padding their bill and I know it. I have no complaints about the Tech. Ulysses. Did a great job! Put a lot of effort into it, and he was doing it for a co-worker - this was not even his service area. Overall, I'm very pleased with the company's professionalism, and the Service Technician's positive, friendly, and professional attitude and efforts. I felt confident he was giving me his best efforts and not trying to short-change me. I would hire them again.
