installation was perfect. Doors were exactly what we hoped for. Installer was very professional and very accurate

It was making very loud noises as it rose and feel. He lubricated it and it made an amazing difference. He showed me what to purchase to keep it running smoothly.

The technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He assessed my needs. The coupon was for roller replacement and after much discussion about a concern I had, he suggested a chain replacement. He was thorough and neat and I appreciated his professionalism!

It was fine but I felt like the guy who came out upsold me. I would probably use him again in the future.

They didn't contact me in two days, like they said. They girl was very friendly on the phone, then she went to check then said that they didn't service my area. She was very polite. They showed have notified me right away and/or referred me to someone in my area.

He was excellent, he showed up on time. My garage doors are particularly loud because they are not roller doors, and he tried to muffle the sound as much as he could. He gave me some advise of putting some items around the door so as not to get so much dust. He was excellent. I think the young man that came out was knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me suggestions to further muffle the door, and he left me his card, and said if I ever wanted to do that, I should call him. The pricing was fine, it was exactly what I paid for.

The assessment was fairly comprehensive and helpful. Different solution options were provided. I would use them when I decide to have additional services provided. Regarding the punctuality grade, until service providers start giving a narrower arrival window, I cannot give the grade of "A."

Terrrific. They did not try to upsale and only stated what was needed. I explained the problems we were having and they knew right away what we needed. He quoted a fair price and was done within an hour. A neighbor of ours saw the truck and I believe they actually gain some extra business due to the superb job they did on our garage. I highly recommend them.

THE GAGENT DID NOTHING BUT REY TO SEDD ME NEW SPRINGS WHICH WERE ALREADY NEW. HE DID NOT EVEN LUBRICATE THE DOOR HINGES ETC. WHAT A SCAM BY THIS COMPANY. Tony the technician was awesome. The service was amazing.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with them. The tech was there for about an hour and did a good job.

He then did oil the hinges and check the mechanism. Service was as advertised.

I am very happy with how my garage doors work now.

The office staff esp., Megan was friendly, professional and personable. Assistance was scheduled quickly. All work was done promptly and efficiently. The installers were pleasant and personable, especially Trent , who installed the opener. There was no pressure to buy either item, but pros and cons were explained. I felt the prices were reasonable and competitive. I will recommend this company.

Repaired a garage door spring problem from another installer who did not install the right thing

The tech with Precision Garage Doors was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.

The service was ok. He didn’t bring lubrication for the garage door so he had to use mine. Due to this I felt I could have done the service myself and saved the money. Scheduling was fine, he was able to come out for the service within a week of my call.

Work done in 2 hours by 2 men; think I paid too much for the materials used and time it took, but doors work fine now.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out fine, except, I had the same problem with him as I do other people, being a woman. He was very helpful, but he told me that the bearings in the garage door opener needed to be changed, as they were wearing out, and I asked him how much it would cost, and he said 25 Dollars. So then I saw my neighbor man out in the yard, and I told him that I would go and get my neighbor man to go and look at it, and he said that I didn't need to bother him. He said they didn't need changing immediately. I decided I needed a man around the house. He got the batteries in my garage door opener, and checked the light bulb. He was very nice, other than trying to con me into spending 250 Dollars on those bearings, that I knew I didn't need.

The tech came out and asked "why am I here?". I told him that I had issues with the garage door bouncing back up. He told me I needed a new motor. I was confused, because I expected him to look at the door and tune it up before giving me a recommendation. He said it could only be the motor, and if I was going to question his expertise then why did I even ask him to come out. I just wasn't sure how he came to his assessment (especially prior to even checking out anything), and I wasn't even able to question him without him becoming hostile. I didn't feel comfortable with him, so I did not have the tune up done. I spoke with his company, and they were very responsive and offered to send another tech out the next day, but I just didn't have time to deal with this any more. I may have just had bad luck with the person I encountered or maybe he was having a bad day.

I applied for the service because the price was about the same as I had been paying when the garage door got noisy. Service person the noise was |caused by the springs which needed to be replaced. $400.00 later I have new springs and a very noisy garage door.

It went extreamly well. To my luck, the service was performed the same day I called.........on the weekend. I needed to call because the spring for my door had actually broken into two parts. I called first thing in the mornign and by 2:30 or so, a tech was at my place doing the work. They give me some education, told me what to do to maintain my door and had be taken care of in about 1.5 hrs. They also let me use an outdated coupon that saved me some money.

Found out springs were bad so decided to bite the bullet and get work done along with a few other things, he was able to program openers in our cars. We were never able to get that to work before.

My car was locked in and being in a wheelchair, I couldn't manually open it. They replaced weak parts and did the general tune-up that was part of the deal. Very pleased with the service and will certainly use them again and recommend them.
