GARAGE DOOR SPRING NEEDED REPLACEING, JOB WAS WELL DONE.

nothing went wrong they arrived on time fixed our problem and our garage door works great. The price wasn't too bad they did a good job so i give them nothing but thumbs up.

They were supposed to adjust my garage doors. The doors were squeaking and hard to move and the new garage door openers were straining. The technician said everything was fine and made a few bogus adjustments but basically did nothing. He did not know how to adjust the garage door openers even though they were late model major brand, and he did nothing to make the doors work smoother.

Went great. They came installed opener, tested it. Everything works great.

The service turned out good. The man came and he did a very good job with the work. He made some adjustments that made the garage door less noisy. He was conscientious to work with. He was friendly and courteous as well.

It turned out good. Go with them. They seem to be very technically astute and no pressure. They just pointed out what needed work.

My experience was average or less than average because it was clear that their real intention was trying to sell me a greater job which was a little disappointing and secondarily, the roller he put in was supposed to make it quieter but didn't make it quieter. The reason I purchased was the idea that it would make the garage door close open quieter but it didn't. He got me into a strong way to get me to buy more things, like garage door springs. He was just there for me to buy more stuff and it was insulting and I don't think that would be their deal was. There was nothing spectacular. His labor on that couldn't be more than twenty box and the parts wouldn't probably be more than ten box.

The service was fast and the work performed was top quality. I have revised my previous review and am quite happy with the company.

I got really good service from the gentlemen that came out. They did a really good job. They gave us the right equipment we needed and it works perfectly. The guy was very experienced. He went over the whole system thoroughly. We were having him look at our unit and he told us the problem with it so he wanted to get a new unit put in and this one is a lot more quieter and runs really efficiently.

I think he did a good job, he wanted to a good job, I was actually satisfied and as a matter of fact I was thinking of calling him again because I have a couple of new problems. He seemed to be very straight forward and was good at explaining why, and I was very satisfied. He suggested a couple of things that needed doing and that was not included in that particular Big Deal offer and I had him go ahead with that. So I think I paid him more that then Big Deal offer.

It was okay. It cost me $500 on top of the deal. I felt like they were just looking to find something wrong with the door when I had them come out for a tune-up. They were trying to up sell and I wouldn’t use them for anything else. They were here when they should have been.

They did a very good job. It was a reasonable price. They did it in a reasonable time frame. They did professional work.

It was my first Big Deal purchase through Angie's List and I was very disappointed, however it seems that this was only due to a lack of communication. He asked for more money at the time of service for the rollers, but in the Big Deal it stated that I would get roller replacements included in the deal. After discussing this further with the owner of the company, he went above and beyond expectation in making sure that I was happy with the company's services. He immediately sent a technician out to change the rollers in the door. He was very professional and courteous and did exactly what I was asking. After seeing how they treated me and how they handled my needs, I would use them again in the future if needed and will recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage door.

Ryan was outstanding. He came over on time, he communicated with us that he was coming. Kept us up to date the entire project, communicating every detail with us. We were very impressed with his professionalism and would absolutely use him again.

It went really well! They were on time, were very nice, and did exactly what they said they'd do. The price was very reasonable, too. The door has held up fine since they did the work, and the keyless pad has been working great. I was impressed with how congenial the technician was, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions.

The garage door and opener were about 28 years old. I I bought the 89.00 roller special knowing that I also needed to replace the electric opener. Was somewhat surprise at the price of the opener but I guess after 28 years everything has gone up in price.

Didn't do anything to the sound in the garage door. Still has a terrible noise.

Bought Garage Door Tuneup Deal on Sunday Feb 23. Had response when I woke up Monday Feb 24, called and scheduled work for Feb 28. Had a 10:00 -12:00 call window, tech called at 10:30 and arrived around 11:00. Accepted tech's recommendation to also replace springs so "coupon" became down payment. Work was completed acceptably at approximately 12:45. Have just priced the installed parts at a national chain hardware store, total cost $215 so I paid approximately $270/hour for labor.

It's quieter than before and it's working just fine. He seemed disappointed that I didn't want to purchase any additional work. I kept his card in case I need anything in the future.

They came on time, performed everything we asked of them, did it very quickly and did a super job. The door now works perfectly and is extremely quiet.

they checked the operation, fixed some glitches, replaced the rollers (originals were worn and noisy) used new quiet, smooth-operating rollers; the door had been damaged previously and was still a little bent in some places and they were able to straighten the rail out and make sure the bolts were secure, etc. Really did a great job for me.

He showed me the piece, explained why it should be done and did not pressure me to buy. I felt it was a needed repair since my door had not been inspected in many years. I will call them again because he was excellent.
