It was good. They were quick, very polite and efficient. I think it was a reasonable price.

I have always been very pleased with them. I have had a couple of garage doors from them over the years. It was a $100 cheaper than the cheapest advertiser was. We have been pleased with the service. Friendly on the phone. Their guy showed up exactly when he was supposed to. He answered any question I have had. Tested everything before he left and its good service. Its hard to find these days.

They were extremely courteous and tried to be helpful and to find ways in which you could save money or things that you needed to have done that you need to do now or delay that sort of thing. They were very concerned about the cost to me and I have been extremely well satisfied with what they did do. I felt price was fair. I really was pleased with them. Precision was excellent. They did an excellent job. One of the neighbors they went and charged like $400 and then one of the neighbors they did overcharge but they found out what they had charged me, so they, of course, were able to get some of their money back. So, you really have to be careful about it and make sure what your charges are.

It was terrible. They were just very exorbitant in the cost. They are about twice as much as anybody else and they had oversold the products. I had a terrible experience with them. It was $800 and that was a terrible price for the garage door motor. I was kind of locked in that. I felt kind of compelled to go ahead and pay the price but subsequently learned that they were just way out the line in their pricing. Actually I did have a good issue with them because one of their employees said that as they were replacing the motor on one door, they were servicing both doors, the other door's motor failed and we never had trouble with it so they did replace the other door for free. It's been a while so I can't remember, but they replaced it for a very minimal cost. I just felt they were dishonest. Some of their people were dishonest. Quality is fine, the motors that I bought from them. I would use them again only because I was locked in with them. I have their products and they were the only ones that sold the exact one we have, so I have to use them again but I'd try to avoid them.

Precision Overhead Service was good; it was a few years ago but it was a good experience. The service was fine.

And my husband finally said go ahead and because they considered us seniors, we got a discount for $500 and that's what we paid. I just feel that it was bait and switch. Now, something happened in the garage door and it wasn't even working. They came out again and the sensors in the bottom had been turned and they did it for free.

It was a good experience. It has never broken yet. I remember calling them and they came on a Sunday which was pretty cool. He returned our call really quick and he came Sunday morning and he fixed it and it was great. We were expecting it to be a lot more because it was a Sunday but it wasn't as much as we had thought it might be.
