Description of Work: They installed recessed ceiling lights in my kitchen and installed a light fixture in my bathroom. They also did some rewiring in the kitchen, bathroom and dining room. They were excellent in all regards and I intend to bring them back this year to finish rewiring the whole house. They were courteous, prompt, extremely helpful and very careful in cleaning up at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: I used this company before and they were great, as my prior review reflected. My home is a long distance from their office and business has now built up to the extent they do not need, or probably have time, to take jobs at that distance. Great reviews like mine on AL no doubt contributed to this. My loss, but great for them - they really were terrific and went the extra mile. The owner was kind enough to personally call me back and explain that my home was no longer in their service area, and thank me again for my prior business.

Description of Work: I needed to have the entire sub-main electrical box replaced. The original builder back in only 1992 took severe shortcuts and I have to make the corrections. I am very happy to have found this local professional. I got an estimate the same day I called. And the major work was performed 3 days later. They arrived on time, very neat and clean and I would use them again for any of my electrical needs.

Description of Work: Wilson and Marcos showed up on time, extremely professional, and very helpful. They replaced and rewired two outlets in my bathroom very quickly and cleanly. Will definitely use them for future work.

Description of Work: Martin and Miguel called and arrived early. They got right to the task, were very personable and efficient. The installations were not very easy, but they figured it all out and didn't waste a minute. They were also, simply nice folks!

Description of Work: Had them move a bunch of outdoor light sockets before restuccoing my house. Also a few other odds and ends - killing some light sockets, installing fire/co2 alarms. They were great. Very affordable, nice and professional. I hope to use them again.

Description of Work: I hired "Power Up" through Angie's List Big Deal $119 for 2 hours. I had planned on using these 2 hours to install a motion sensing light outside my house, and to fix/replace a power outlet. The technician performed these tasks professionally a quickly with time to spare. Since he had time to spare, he asked me if there was anything else I needed that he could do as part of the 2 hours I had prepaid for. So I had him replace a broken light switch.

I had him install two outdoor motion lights on one occasion and replace all of my light switches to something more aesthetically pleasing on a separate occasion. Both times, he was prompt to respond to my appointment request, punctual, professional, courteous and very neat. |I bought an AL coupon for another company and had them install a ceiling candor me. They did a good installation, but didn't safeguard my floor or the work area like Power Up did, which is very important for me.

Description of Work: Ran electrical lines to new location for additional outdoor lighting. They did a great job during installation. It looks original to our house. Great work and I would use them again.

Description of Work: They installed two new outlets in one bedroom that had four plugin outlets. None of the house is grounded so they wired two separate plugs in that room straight to the box in the back of the house and grounded the plugs. The plugs also has their own dedicated switches in the box.They worked fast and was reasonable with the pricing.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Big Deal for 2 Hours of Electrical Work. I felt like they sent out a guy who didn't have enough training. He spent the whole time doing one thing: changing out a light fixture. He spent the whole two hours on one light fixture which really should have only taken 10 minutes. I also needed a glass light shade part of the fixture screwed in, but he wasn't able to screw it in because he didn't have any screws. I think it is reasonable to expect them to have those kinds of materials available. On top of that, there was a language barrier between me and the worker.
