They arrived on time, which is important to me. Unfortunately didn't have the part to fix what I needed. I would try them again and be specific as to the work needed.

Honored the 'special' even though it was over a year later. Was on time, installed 4 GFCI switches around the house... clean, fast efficient. Excellent work!

Went well. I asked an estimate for other jobs. They never got back to me though.

They did an okay job. They soaked me as far as price is concerned. They installed an outdoor flood light and they more than doubled the price. They had the light with them so it wasn't like they had to go out and buy it. I could have bought the light for less than $25.00. They were actually moving a motion sensor light in my backyard. I don't have a quibble with the time they took, but as far as the parts, I could have gotten really really nice ones for the price they charged.

The service was excellent. They were prompt, and they performed the service very well. I appreciated that they honored the coupon, and I would recommend them.

They are very classy, stand by their work and good people.

They showed up on time. They actually listened to me and put a light where there was none. They went above and beyond, literally, to put the light where I wanted and it works great.

They did quite a bit of work for me. They were great to work with. They had a lot of suggestions and good inputs on lighting for my condominium. I was remodeling my entire condominium. They were very professional, so that's why I just started with one small project and they stayed with me working through the whole project, which was about two months for complete renovation including the kitchen.

I asked for additional outlets and they were installed promptly and professionally.

I can highly recommend this company! Gabriel was knowledgable and asked all the right questions in order to have the work I needed done to be right. Martin and his helper were there right on time and did everything we needed them to do, kept everything neat and clean. I will most definitely use them again.

Fixing up a house in Burbank via long distance and since we are only in town intermittently, needed to know for sure that I could depend upon someone showing up on a certain day. Contacted PowerUp, call was quickly returned by Gabriel (owner). He assured me that I could depend upon it being scheduled. I had also purchased their Angie's coupon for $119 for two hours of electrical work. We subsequently corresponded via email, and then he also called me a day ahead to confirm. Yay!l Good sign!! We agreed on a day and for an 8:30 am appointment. I made it a point to arrive early to the work site, but lo and behold, their truck was already there--this is called scoring points!! Martin and Jose were both unfailingly polite and professional. Having come from a small business family (printing), I always look to support the little guy when I can, and this is a family run company that apparently has the same business philosophy that my father did, "the customer is king!" Before they got going Martin wanted to make sure I understood that the $119 covered labor only, and that any materials they supplied would be additional, which I had already figured out from the coupon language, so no problem. They were both thorough, pleasant, competent, cleaned up when they left, and even though it took them 2-1/2 hours instead of 2 for everything I needed done, I was not charged for the additional half hour. GREAT customer service ethic, would absolutely use them again.

Power Up Electric Inc. did as well a job as anyone could have. He was very patient and very professional. He was very responsive and very detailed oriented. I absolutely had a good experience with him.

They were extremely professional. They were punctual, efficient, and knowledegable. They followed up in a week or so to see if all was still well and if we were ready for city inspection. I was vey happy with their services.

Well the electrician came. All he had to do was tighten the plug.Hardly worth $89. He asked if there was anything else . I asked him about a ceiling fan that might need to be replaced or fixed before I had a new roof put on. Granted, the ceiling was high and he would have needed a ladder to get a clear view of it.he said he didn't think they made the same size anymore and since the opening would have to be cut to fit anything new plus it was in the kitchen and now they use vent a hoods above Stoves,he didn't think he could help me but he would call his company. He called. I don't know how he diiscribed the job to them but they said they couldn't replace it with anything similar. The man left. So basically I spent $89.00 to have a plug tightened. Do I blame the company...no because I am a woman who didn't realize the job could be so simple. However, the information concerning the fan did bother me. A couple months later I had a new roof put on and the roofing foreman removed the fan and took it out and had it rewired to work. You would think an electrician could have at least suggested that as a possibility. Do I think this company does bad work....no. They might be a fine company. But sometimes when you send someone out to represent your company for even the simplest of jobs remember you may be analyzed for the future. Sorry, they just didn't make me care to remember them for the big stuff of the future.

They did a great job: punctual, polite, efficient, cleaned up after themselves and charged a very reasonable price for additional work beyond the 2 hour coupon deal. They straightened out some very confusing wiring that a previous contractor had done in a non-standard manner. I will definitely use them again.

Overall, they were fast, efficient and courteous! I will definitely use them again.

It was great. Friendly, helpful. I have used them again. The box was too small for the wires and it shorted it. But they did come out and fix it.

This is the second time we have used Power Up Electric with great results! The first time, the owner, Gabriel, did the work himself and we were very pleased with the results. This time, we had a recessed light in the ceiling that kept burning out, the light in our bathroom fan unit wasn't working and our microwave kept shutting off. Martin and his apprentice came to our house as scheduled, were very meticulous and careful to place pads on our hardwood floors prior to working. After inspection, it turned out that the microwave problem was caused by the extension cord we were using and the bathroom fan light just needed an adjustment. They could have easily told us that there was something else wrong, but, instead, were very honest. After going into the attic, it was determied that the ceiling light unit needed to be replaced. They had a new fixture there within 30 minutes, replaced it and cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with their work and their professionalism and highly recommend them.

He was very responsive and he worked hard. He was on the top of the job, but then at the end he charged me over $1000 more than his bid, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I've gone with him because he was the lowest bidder but he ended up not being the lowest bidder in the end.

I purchased "2-hours of Electrical Service ($200 value)" for $99. I was interested in having motion detector lighting installed in the backyard and had a pre-purchased light fixture ready. The individual technician showed up on time and after some discussion, and my providing a ladder, went into the attic/crawl space behind the wall where the light would be installed. New wiring had to be installed and the technician couldn't come up with a way to be able to turn OFF the light if necessary. Three hours after his arrival, and an additional $100 later, the light was installed and he left. Within two months, the light began flashing for no apparent reason and we had to climb a ladder in the dark (with flashing light in our eyes) to attempt to turn it off or adjust the settings. Called the manufacturer who sent a small baffle for the sensor, this worked for a few more months and then the light just stayed on from dusk to dawn until the bulb burned out. A frustrating experience all the way around, not one I can blame on the electrician from Power Up, but discouraged that he couldn'ttry to find a way to add an over-ride.
