Description of Work: I had a simple breaker problem. The tech tried to scare me into purchasing a whole new electrical panel. I feel that just replacing a single breaker should not have cost nearly $400.00. He wanted me to replace the entire panel which is 25 years old. It is in a Townhouse development which is well maintained. I would have a problem calling them again

It didn't go at all.....
Description of Work: Called in the morning and arranged a service call to take a look at the wiring in my new house. Was promised a slot between 1pm and 4pm. Told there would be a $99 service call charge, which I could live with as they could come out that same day. I waited until 4pm and hadn't heard from them, so called and was told that the tech in my area was still working, but I was next on the list. Still no word at 5.15pm, so called them again, was put straight through to a supervisor who told me that the 2 techs were still busy and could I reschedule for another day........ Please do not use these people, they never called me with any updates and if I hadn't called them I would still be waiting at the house!! LOUSY SERVICE!
