We were in need of an exterior house painter in East Ventura. The paint, fascia, stucco and gutters on our home were in bad shape. We had called several local painters for estimates. Most never called back, some had 3-month wait times and others, while professional, had quotes that seemed excessively high. We found Platinum in one of the home improvement mailer magazines and gave them a call. Rony returned our call promptly and came out for an estimate. He was friendly and professional. His quote was fair and the lowest we'd received. We had read his other online reviews and decided hire Platinum to paint our house. We were not disappointed. Through the whole process, he was available for any questions, he on site often and his crew was friendly and did great work. Rony's communication was always prompt. Even with the condition our home's exterior in such rough shape, our home now looks brand new. They did great work and we're still smiling every time we pull in the driveway. I would recommend Rony and Platinum to anyone asking about his services.

Platinum Realty and Construction Inc are simply amazing. They were so friendly and courteous every single time I contacted them. The customer service is top notch! Cannot be beat! Rony and team were great to deal with, reliable and fair priced. We were able to upgrade & remodel our newly bought home within budget and in time to move in. I initially wanted to upgrade several things in the home. Instead, Rony offered several suggestions on what to complete first and then taking other upgrades in phases into the future. Everything was completed to quality; we were happy to have Platinum Realty and Construction to remodel out home !

It went extremely well. It was very hard work and quite hot the two days the crew was here. Perfectly. They covered everything with plastic and kept the dust and debris well-contained. They arrived on time, worked a full day and cleaned up everything each day when they left. Crew was friendly. Owner of company was very flexible in scheduling with us and we appreciated that. He came to our home before the job started with his foreman and walked through all parts of what was to be done. He kept in close touch by phone, as well, during the work.

Overall the work was good. However paint was left on floors which was hard to remove because of the tiny splatters throughout the home.

The project was hampered by a rainy January, but it is now completed and looks marvelous. All of the rotted wood has been replaced, prepped, and painted. All of the trim in the front is freshly painted, making the house look ready for spring! The wrought iron rails have been sanded and painted, too. Rony was followed up regularly, but it was really his foremen who made sure that the job was done as agreed. One oversaw the replacement of the wood, another handled the painting. Both crews were prompt and conscientious. To access the north wall of my house necessitated the crews to enter my neighbor's yard. My neighbor has plants in the small space between my house and their driveway and Rony's crews tried their best to make sure these plants were not damaged. The gutters are not yet installed, but they have been measured and installation will occur before the next rains come. I am very happy with the work and will certainly contact Platinum if I need a contractor in the future.

They provided excellent service and completed the job two days ahead of schedule.

Roni and his crew was amazing. We closed escrow on our house and only had a 5 days between when we had to move out of our old house and move in to our new home. We came up with a plan to make sure the upstairs was completely finished within 4 days so we could have the carpets cleaned and then finish the main floor within another 4 days. Roni's crew scrapped and refinished all the ceilings, installed the LED lights, painted (with accent walls) not only the upstairs but the entire 2600 square foot house in 6 days. Also, we requested on day 2 of the job to install laminate flooring in the living room downstairs. Roni came over with samples and on the last day of the job had his guys install the flooring. Everything went smooth and if there was anything we noticed later on that needed a touch up I just called him and one of his guys came back out to take care of it. Before I found him I called 3 people on craigslist that did not show up to give an estimate and contacted 2 other people on angie's list. One guy never showed up after confirming twice and the other contractor wanted twice the price for the same work and told me it would take atleast 2 weeks minimum. We are extremely happy with Roni's work and professionalism and would not only use him again but recommend him to anyone.

Platinum Realty and Construction transformed our home with a fresh, modern look. Our combined entry/living room/dining room area now looks elegant and more spacious with recessed ceiling lights and new laminate flooring that matches the color of our medium Oak furniture. Platinum Realty and Construction did an excellent job installing the laminate flooring, as well as the porcelain tile in the kitchen. The tile in the two rooms matches perfectly, and the mason ensured that the tiles? pattern flows seamlessly from our family room into the kitchen. The painting foreman, Efraim, was pleasant to work with and did excellent work. Platinum?s owner, Rony Dagmi, and his partner Nathan were both great to work with throughout the project. Rony personally followed up to check quality control at every stage and to make sure work was performed to our satisfaction. He is committed to excellent customer care and satisfaction and was always available by phone to answer questions and to come personally to the work site to resolve any issues that arose along the way. He ensured we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use this company again for future home improvement needs.

Removing acoustic ceiling, the company was able to remove and repaint the ceiling all within a day. The job was done accurately and quickly. I'm very happy with their work.

This is a big room, we use it as our office. The ceilings are very high and the cottage cheese was dingy. The job was done in two days, which was amazing, given how big the room and the amount of prep required. There is a big beam at the apex of the ceiling as well, which had to be repainted in the dark brown color after the room was painted. The crew that did the job were a great bunch of guys, they took care of our house as if it was their own. One man came back to finish up the next day where they ran out of paint, so it looks perfect. They left the house and yard nice and clean, picked up all the old molding and debris, whisked it away. I'm very happy with the result. We'll be using them again to do the same in other rooms.

The owner of the Unit that was repaired/rebuilt was very pleased with the work performed by Platinum. Platinum Realty and Construction installed drywall, plastered and textured the walls, and then primed and painted the walls. Platinum also did tile work in the bathroom. Additionally, they plastered, textured and painted an exterior wall of the building. The Platinum workers and the foreman came on time; they were very professional and the quality of their work was excellent.

I am an out-of-state owner. I obtained three bids through Angie's List. Rany (owner of Platinum) contacted me within a few hours and discussed the project with me. I felt overwhelmed because I had to arrange this project from a distance, although I was present for the four days that his crew was working. Rany reassured me. Rany did not require a deposit when I scheduled the job. I paid one-half at the beginning of the job and the other half after completion and inspection. Rany accommodated my schedule, which had his crew working through the weekend. I was (and remain) impressed by Rany's professionalism, responsiveness, trustworthiness, kindness and patience. In addition, his crew is highly skilled. They are masters at their work. I recall especially Francisco, Ephraim, and Edson.On the first day of the job, I texted Rany that they were "the sweetest, most hard-working guys!" I recommend Platinum and will use them for all future home improvement professional services.

Platinum was really good to work with. Rony, the owner, is very responsive, calls back for a quality check and is easy to get a hold of. The workers were conscientious about noise and keeping things as clean as possible (which is not easy with acoustic ceiling removal). They vacuumed and wiped up at the end of every day. The final product looks fantastic...no drips or mistakes, nothing broken. I was very pleased with how fast they worked, how accommodating and what a good job they did. I would recommend using this company to anyone.

We cannot speak more highly of Platinum and especially Efraim, the foreman. Efraim has 20+ years of experience and it shows. At job opening, his crew meticulously covered our floors and draped our furniture and belongings. De-texturizing our ceilings was no easy task, especially given our cathedral and vaulted ceilings. They worked hard with determination to produce beautifully smooth ceilings. Efraim is also an expert when it comes to color. He is patient, listens, and makes suggestions based upon his experience. He also helped us put up numerous paint samples in each room without complaint. At job close, his crew cleaned our home, leaving it cleaner than its original state. We felt at ease and comfortable with Efraim as he and his crew always paid attention to detail. Overall, Platinum really delivered. The project finished on the timeline projected. The finished product was beautiful and added much value to the enjoyment of our home. There was excellent communication with Platinum's owner, Rony, throughout this process. He truly cares about his relationships with his customers. We are absolutely delighted that we chose Platinum Realty to transform a recently purchased property into our home.

Roni, is a reasonable person, he comes through often but you'll need to be patient with him.

Romy Dagmi from Platinum reality construction was prompt, courteous and went over the project details thoroughly. I was initially unsure how much to take on- may be just wanted to get the damage caused by water fixed and asked about a few other things, I had been previously thinking about LED light installation. Once we agreed on the scope of the project and signed the contract, it all went so smoothly that I was quite amazed. The electrical crew sent in by Romy: were absolutely the best. LED lights with dimmers were installed throughout the house with minimal wall damage. The lights are bright, elegant. The crew was very experienced and had valuable suggestions about minor details. All of this easily passed the City inspection. The painter/handyman sent in by Romy was equally amazing. He came in early in the morning and was just very efficient in getting the job done. All the furniture was protected, the paint job and the garage dry wall was done so well that we cannot tell that there was damage in the first place. Romy personally came and checked on the work to make sure everything went smoothly. One other thing that impressed me was that Romy always answered his phone to answer questions. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with Romy and Platinum Reality Construction and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Awesome! The guys were professional, always on time (if not early) and they were courteous. The tile work was incredible. Very clean.

After first phone call to company, we received a prompt return call and next day arrived to give estimate as promised. Work was agreed to and workmen arrived promptly on date agreed. Work was done as promised with efficiency, and all were polite. No mess was left behind. The look of our home is improved greatly by these improvements. We have never used this company before, but would highly recommend them and call upon them again if we needed additional work done.

The people that came in were extremely courteous and very professional; they took their time to make sure everything was covered up before they started any work. They also explained what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were very flexible to work with me on my time schedule and to work around some inconveniences, finishing up the job to my satisfaction. After the job the workers took their time to clean up all of the mess and make it look as if they were not in the house. I was pleasantly surprise and how clean everything looked and the rooms looked so refreshing and bright. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done and will work with them in the future.

The two workers arrived on time were very careful of all the items in the room, they had raining conditions and were very careful not to bring any of that into the home. They left everything as clean as when they came in.

I called to schedule the work. The first thing he wanted to talk about was how a one day repair could turn into a major job (the example given was a wood rot repair that turned into a 4 day exterior wall and window replacement). He said he was too busy the following week so I tried to schedule the job in 30 days. That was unacceptable as he could not block off time for such a low cost job but instead I must call 4-5 days in advance to see if he had a spare person to send out. He advertised a "deal" but is only interested in doing the work if it can turn into a high cost job. If the work gets done I may change the review but at this point I am very disappointed in the first impression and attitude of this company. Lesson learned - an A rating may not apply to an Angie's Deal transaction.
