We needed our son's room painted before he came home from college for Christmas break and contacted Platinum Realty and Construction Co. Inc. through Angie's List. Rony was very helpful and came over immediately. His crew was able to finish the job in just a couple of days. Everything looked great in time for my son's arrival. We were so impressed with the work that we are having other rooms in house painted. We also experienced some water damage due to the recent December rain storm and need to have our downstairs flooring replaced. We plan to have to Platinum Realty Construction handle this job too!

Platinum Realty and Construction Inc. I requested a quote for ceiling popcorn removal as a result of viewing one of Angie?s List?s Big Deals! Ronnie, came by to provide me with a quote which was very reasonable for the amount of work to be performed. It was so reasonable, I opted to do more work than only the ceiling popcorn removal, I also requested a quote for painting the interior of my home IE; ceiling, walls, trim and doors. Once again, I was impressed with the quoted price. While considering his proposal I was fortunate enough to speak with a previous customer who praised Platinum Realty and Construction (PRC) for their great work. I am always skeptical of great deals but took the leap and secured the deal without any pressure at all. I must say this is absolutely the very best experience I have ever had with any previous contractor ever! Ronnie?s crew arrived on time as scheduled to begin working. They immediately began working together to prep for the removal of the ceiling popcorn. I was impressed with the amount of attention and care they took to minimize any dust or debris from entering other parts of the house and kitchen. They were very thorough and fast and did an amazing job. Now the greatest surprise was the crew itself and how well they have seamlessly gelled and worked together. After speaking with each of them (3) I realized how each one is a Skilled Craftsman by their own right. Most often, roofers just do roofing, plumbers just do plumbing and painters just do painting but Ronnie?s crew at PRC, are actually skilled craftsmen that can do most everything! They pay great attention to detail and work non-stop until the job is done right, the first time. The job I hired them for was anticipated to take approximately three days however, they finished in two and nothing was compromised or substandard, in fact I was impressed with the finished product as promised. During the entire process Ronnie checked-in by showing up to ensure everything was being done to perfection on several occasions. It was great to see him take such a great personal interest with the project in its entirety, from beginning to end. He is so easy to work with and actually listens to what you have say as well. This has been such a great experience I will never have to look anywhere else to find a contractor for any of my construction or home improvement needs. I am fully confident with Ronnie and any crew of craftsmen he may provide. He took a great deal of care in explaining what was to be done and how he was going to do it. There was never any question of what was going to take place. He delivered what he promised and assured me that I would be completely satisfied with the finished work (guaranteed!). I was more than satisfied, so much so, that I would hire them again as I consider remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms in the near future. I highly recommend PRC Inc. for any home improvement needs, as they are so easy to talk to and to work with. This has been an excellent working experience and I will definitely use them again without any hesitation or reservations what-so-ever. Simply Awesome! Platinum Came to my house to give me an estimate for the exterior paint. (I already had two estimates) and they gave me the best price. On the first day they came with four guys I was really impressed from the way they doing things After five days they finish the exterior paint now my house look very beautiful Best in the neighborhood We decided to go and do the interior paint they help us to choose the colors they move all the furniture and they cover everything. they did a great job on the interior paint The bathroom was down in ten days and the job was excellent the Tile and the design was really good The driveway was done in two days The job was done to my satisfaction and everything was done up to code

I was looking for a great company to do my remodel. I spoke to 3 different companies before I came across PLATINUM Construction. I chose them from the bunch because the rep that came out was professional and knowledgeable in every aspect. He came with samples references and answered all my questions. It was allot of work I needed done for my home so I needed someone that was professional and experienced. So I made the right choice hiring PLATINUM Construction. This company is great. They guided me and explained every details of all projects being done to my home. From the day they where going to start each project to the day they where going to finish. They had beautiful material to choose from. Top high end material at a great affordable price. They have a great and high quality design skills. They gave me a great affordable price then the other companies I met with and they did all my remodel in a neat and timely manner.
