+ -1 moreHe did a great job repairing it. He was exactly on time. He put a drop cloth down to make sure my floor wouldn't get scratched. He took the exterior of the washer off and showed me what the problem had been. He had to change out the celluloid valve on the washing machine. He stuck to the price that they had quoted me. He also checked the motor for me, and let me know that it looked perfect, which was reassuring to me, and very honest. He even let me get in there and clean the dust in the washer area, since he had taken the exterior off. I would definitely recommend him! The only complaint was the cost was significantly more then the orgically quoted.
Description of Work: Marcos repaired my washing machine.

+ -1 moreWHEN YOU CALL THEM ON A MONDAY, FOR EXAMPLE, THEY'LL SAY THEY CAN GET SOMEONE OUT ON THURSDAY, WHICH DIDN'T MAKE ME TOO HAPPY. THEY GIVE THEMSELVES A WINDOW OF TIME, BUT THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY WERE POLITE. THE GUY REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING.
Description of Work: THEY WORKED ON THE MICROWAVE.
