I didn’t have a consistent point of contact throughout the project - it just seems my project was handed off from one person to the next with no continuity and I had to proactively reach out for updates.

+ 0 moreThe service was wonderful. I use their service for 15-20 years now. The price was correct and fair. They always return phone calls, and the staff was excellent. You submit the plan, and he gives you the bid. He would also tell you what you needed like the permits and papers, those things. He will help you in any way that he can.

Description of Work: Structural engineer inspected and provided report. They confirmed a time of 9AM then screwed up and put it on their calendar as 10AM. That was a problem since I had assembled a group of homeowners and HOA directors to meet with the engineer and it did take a while for the office staff to apologize for their mistake (thank god for email records!). But the engineer himself was very professional and easy to work with so I would use them again.

+ -1 moreThe project went great. Peter is very professional, super knowledgeable, responsive and timely. The plans were done on time and there were no problems with the city review. They answered the questions the contractor had during the construction. Couldn't be happier with the whole process. I thought it would be more difficult than it was. Thanks to Peter and his team we feel very safe with the new addition. We are planning on putting a second story on our house (when we can afford it) and we will absolutely use Peter.
Description of Work: Peter and his team did the structural design for a room addition and remodel to our home. They had to engineer the roof, some shear walls and foundation. They prepared the plans, reviewed them with us, then sent us the final set.
