+ -1 moreI was going to let them do the work, but after questioning the price that they offered me, I thought it was way too expensive. They tried to convince me that the reason why the price was so high was because of the area where the rugs were located. I did not find them to be very competent and they were not very friendly when I would ask them questions about particular things.
Description of Work: They came out to give me an estimate on cleaning an oriental rug with deep cleaning treatments.
