PAYLESS TREE CARE

I found this company on Craig's list and then on yelp and Angie's list. While there weren't any reviews, I thought I'd give the company a chance since they claimed to have the lowest prices and would beat any written estimate. When I callled, I spoke with Edwin who said he would be over the next morning to give me an estimate for tree removal. The morning came and went, so I called around noon to follow up but no one answered. I tried again around 3pm and this time he picked up the phone....I politely mentioned where I was calling from and he responded "oh yes...I'll be there in 15-20 minutes." That 20 minutes turned into NEVER and not even a phone call to reschedule or apologize. If Edwin can not manage his schedule a mere 20 minutes into the future, surely he can't be trusted to actually show up to do the job. I am a small business owner myself, and If ran my business like this.....I would be out of business. Good luck, Edwin. Thanks for wasting my valuable time because your time appears to be sooo much more important! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
