+ -1 moreIt went as good as it can possibly go, with sugar on top. Pauls' has an option on his website to give an email estimate, which is a breath of fresh air. He is flexible and friendly in the in-home estimate and comes prepared with samples, shoe-covers, and a great attitude. His installers are efficient and installation appointments are made quickly. Paul is extremely responsive to phone calls and email. He is extremely friendly, honest, straight-forward, and professional. THere is never any "salesmanship" or pressure. His favored products are American-made and less expensive than the more well-known windows, but he has those too. He is talented with communicating clearly and making a customer feel at-ease. Super nice guy. The windows turned out great. He sells retrofit/replacement-style windows. He's got a good system for getting things done well. Highly recommended.

+ 0 morePretty good so far. Not quite done, but they're working on it. They are pretty punctual.
Description of Work: We just had some new windows put in. It's called Paul's Windows. They installed two sliding glass doors plus the major picture windows alongside the doors and then on one wall and they are going to be re-stacking the outside of the walls that had the big windows put in.

The bid they gave me was competitive, and I would have had them do the work except that the general contractor I chose for our overall remodel had his own window source. |I will definitely refer Paul's Windows and especially David to people looking for a good window company.
