Paco's service was recommended by Vinotemp as a repair service for my wine cooler. The A/C unit broke outside of warranty. Francisco from Paco's seems to run the service and performed my repair. He told me the unit was bad, and could be replaced or a re-man unit could be installed. He charged $900 installed for a re-man unit, an outrageous price but slightly less than the installed price for a new unit. This is a small A/C compressor unit that bolts into the wine cooler - about half the size of a window A/C unit. He took a week to bring the reman unit. It does not hold the temperature, fluctuates wildly and now shows a defrost code. We called Francisco once and he was very brusque and told my wife that the unit is fine and that it would cool down. After rising again I called him personally and told him I would like him to replace the unit with a new unit, to take his reman unit back, and that I would pay the difference from that and a new unit. Francisco said that was not possible, that if I wanted to buy an entire new unit that was up to me. He said he would fix this one for a year - based on my experiences with him I don't trust him (talk to him and judge for yourself) and don't want to rely on his faulty unit and his attitude for safekeeping my wine. I am going to buy a new unit from vinotemp and remove this worthless unit. This will end up costing me but I can't risk my wine. Don't risk working with Francisco and Paco's service.
Description of Work: Diagnose inoperative cooler unit for Vinotemp wine cabinet Replace out of warranty unit with a re-man unit from Paco's. Cost $900 installed vs $1,200 installed for a new unit.

I rebuilt entire vine cooling unit from the member before I starting any work on His unit I explaint Him the problem. Hiagreet to rebuild the unit and I let aloner until fix His. The rebuild unit came we 1 year warranty parts and labor betther warranty than vinotemp that cover 1 part and labor but you have to bring the unit to them . went the member callme I told Him the I need to go see what was the problem but refuse to talk to meI make Him several calls but never anwsher.Im not chip but I now what I doingand I deliver what I promise you can check the BBB, the los ANgeles superior court or Los Angeles Airport just a few been on same location since 1990 . please go to our website Trank you att.Francisco Reyna from Pacos Service.
