Description of Work: I do NOT recommend these movers to anyone. |During our move one guy shattered a 1910 custom/handmade mirror that was attached to my grandmothers vanity. Upon this happening we were assured by the "manager" that John (owner or manager?) would absolutely at the very least pay to have another custom mirror made. My husband has tried contacting John 10 plus times over the course of (almost) a year to get this resolved with no response whatsoever. Who does business like this?!? That vanity (along with smashing the mirror the guy managed to chip several pieces of the wood) was hands down the most emotionally valuable item I own. For this company to not even give us the curtesy of a response is unacceptable. |Besides the lack of professionalism and integrity regarding the broken items, we purchased a $299 deal and got completely gouged by the company halfway into the move. At that point we were using them and had no choice but to agree to their ridiculous added costs and pay up. They should have told us upon arrival exactly what the total would be. Unfortunately this kind of thing happens a lot with these types of companies (construction, movers, etc) and it's a shame that as consumers paying for a service we're not treated more respectfully and honestly. |This company is by far the worst movers I have ever used (I've used a lot in my life). Remember "if it's too good to be true it probably is"...do not think you're getting a wonderful deal here...it's not worth it with these guys. |Aaron & Jaimie

Description of Work: I have used Rainbow movers twice for last minute moves. They were extremely accommodating and helpful with our moves: working us into their schedule, setting up shelving in our garage, helping another moving company complete a job that (the other company) had handled poorly. They have been life savers for us two time. Very happy with their service. Will call again!

Description of Work: They arrived on time, had it all packed and delivered. Challenges with the desks, due to their complex nature and sheet aluminum. But they worked and worked until they could get it as good as it could get.

+ -1 moreI have used plenty of movers in the past, and by far these guys were the best I've seen. Movers were so fast and efficient. After actually meeting the movers and seeing how they handled my belongings I was confident I was in good hands. They had their own equipment including dollies, furniture blankets, tools, etc. Their personalities were great. Never complained about a single thing. Very customer service oriented! Overall, a excellent experience. Would use their services again, and highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Rainbow Movers helped me move an entire household of furniture into a new home and a storage unit.

+ -1 moreMoving is so hard, and my friends were tried of me asking for help. I never could of done it without them. They were professional, helpful and even helped me pack! They moved me in one load; setup my bed on the third-floor, even lifted my refrigerator over a banister to get it in my kitchen. I don't plan on moving again for a long time... but if I did, I would call this company again.
