One Garage Door & Gate Repair

I was misled by being told that the service call was $39. I was charged $225.00 for an adjustment. There were no parts needed and the repairman was there less than 30 minutes. I Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Eddie called ahead to verify his arrival time and my address. He assessed the problem right away, went to his car for a screwdriver and made an adjustment to the control box. Five minutes? He refused to charge, saying "You saw how long that took me." I protested that he should be paid for his time and expertise, but he still refused. I have been an Angie's list member for years, but have never written a review. Please use this guy -- good things deserve to happen to him!

So happy with these guys. Our gate was completely broken and they came out to view (same day), went to go get the required part and came back to fix right away. They also went out of their way to install a special padding to prevent the gate from banging when closing. Above and beyond customer service, very great pricing ($105 including parts), and overall great experience. Thank you so much we DEFINITELY will be calling you with any future gate problems!

My garage door broke and after searching online I found One Garage Door & Gate Repair. I saw they have good reviews, called them and they send a technician pretty fast. I'm happy with the quick and good service.

We had a design that we wanted, and Eddie was able to provide the gates that we wanted. There were a few key now to work out, and we were treated exceptionally well while things were worked out. Eddie has more integrity then most business owners that I have worked with, and I would recommend him and his company to everyone.

Found this company via yelp and was surprised they did not have any reviews on Angie's List. Was told over the phone that they provide free estimates and would arrive in a 3 hour window. Shawn came out looked over our gate opener within that time and stated that we have a high end unit and tried to open the gate. Within 5 minutes he had an idea what was wrong and then stated before he can perform any service that there is a $125 fee to repair (if it can be repaired - not including parts, which has a 90 day guarantee). The last company I called charged $49 to come to inspect and told us that our unit was low end, motor needed to be replaced and said the motor was for a garage door not a gate. Then proceeded to give us a quote for a new unit for $2K. This is the 2nd company I called and from my last experience, I just wanted to be able to open my gate. I was willing to pay the fee for better, honest and fair service. He reversed the chain, repaired the force (open & close) and determined the wiring that powers the unit was loose causing the unit to not power itself consistently. All in all, took one hour and my gate opens! Will not up sell you! If he believes the job can be done on your own for cheaper he recommends to go that route. They want to keep your business!
