They are currently not taking and clients in California or Florida per their call center.

Initially, it was great. The technician that came out was fantastic. Unfortunately, he no longer works there. We were given a 5-year guarantee and were informed we should call them if we have any issues. I've called many times and left many messages. A couple of times, a representative named Chris answered the phone and promised Joshua, a higher-up of the company, would call me to work out the issue, but it has never happened. I was promised a 5 year guarantee and I expect the company to honor their promise.

They came out from Orange County. The company then went up in my attic to locate the issue. They did a good/through inspection. They refused to provide an estimate and do the needed work because they said it could not be backed by their 5 year warranty. I feel this was a waste of time. They said that the work was too labor intensive and they did not want to do it. I originally thought this may be true.However, I have received additional Angie's List referrals. The other referral provide me with a detailed and estimate and the work is not impossible. They said the work could be done with a little more effort and not usual/customary procedures. The new company will even back it with their 5 year warranty. This company clearly did not want the work.

I had a great experiences with both Josh, the owner, and Joe, the employee who performed the majority of the work. They were always extremely punctual and polite. They made an effort to keep things very clean and tidy when performing their work. And, most importantly, they provide a quality service. They use aluminum sheeting (versus metal netting) when ever possible to close up rat entry points which has shown to be more effective. They are very diligent, spending a total of three (3) days looking for entry points around my home. They stand behind their work by offering a warranty. I am very happy to be working with Omega Animal Removal. I had a similar service performed two (2) years by another company (for more money), which offered no warranty and clearly failed within two (2) years.

After having a very frustrating and unsuccessful experience with another provider, who had not caught any of the rodents in the space of a month, I called Josh at Omega. He came out a few days later and thoroughly inspected my home. After showing me where he thought the rats were entering and exiting, and explaining carefully and in great detail what he was going to do, I signed a contract with him and he and Joe went to work immediately. It took them three days to seal up access points to my house, and they came back promptly every day until the work was done. And they laid traps in exactly the right places to catch the animals. In a week the problem was over. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Yes, they are expensive, but after using a cheaper service that did nothing, I can say that Omega is really worth it. And they offer a five-year guarantee. So easy to work with, fast, and professional. Can't say enough good things.
