Description of Work: I needed pool supplies. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

+ -1 moreThe guy was very knowledgeable and nice. He did the job very quickly. I had tried to just repair the fairly new pool heater that I bought just a few years ago; however, I was not able to. He responded very quickly. I wouldn't say the price was cheap. The work was good. I believe that if I would have hunted around a little bit more I would have found a better deal, but they were very responsive and I needed the work done right then.
Description of Work: I had a new pool heater put in by Olympic Pool & Spas Supplies.

Description of Work: I made an appointment for them to come & repair my pool, as well as start weekly work. On the morning of the appointment, the man called to say he had to change the time. When I couldn't change the time, he suggested I call back the next week. The whole experience was frustrating & I ended up canceling the entire work order.

+ -1 moreThe repairman was very pleasant, was on time and I thought the price was reasonable. However, he said that the company would send me a bill but I have yet to receive one. I would like a bill/receipt as I have no proof of the work other than my check.
Description of Work: I hadn't used my spa for some time and it was very dirty and the jets were not working. The man who came out cleaned it and also got the jets to work. I had thought I might need a new motor but he said it was just dirt preventing the jets from working. His being honest about this saved me money.
