Over the years, we’ve had a significant amount of work done on our homes. And because of the scope and nature of the work, we’ve dealt with more than our share of contractors. Without question, Neev Kugel and the people of Oasis Builders are the finest. Not only did he know seemingly every aspect of the construction business, but explained the process to us every step of the way. Before reaching out to them, I asked neighbors if they had any recommendations. And they didn’t. Most were lukewarm at best about ones they had used. I then went online, stumbled on Oasis Builders, and read one glowing review after another. When I called them I was greeted by a very nice receptionist who said that she would pass the message along to Neev. Shortly thereafter, I received his call, liked what I heard, agreed upon a time for him to visit our home, and after perusing the estimate, agreed to work together. It proved to be one of the better decisions we’ve ever made. He was polite, professional and true to his word. When he said the workers would arrive, they did. When he gave a date for when the work would be completed, it was. When he gave an estimate, it held. And when we needed him, he was a phone call away. To Neev and the others at Oasis Builders, we can’t thank you enough.

It was our first time renovating a property and we were so nervous about keeping things under budget and timelines. I remember we were frantically searching for the best partner for the job and we were so lucky to find Oasis Builders. Neev and his team made sure we understood and were comfortable with the entire process. Great communication was extremely important for us and Oasis Builders delivered! I felt our project was always a priority and felt confident that we would get the results we wanted. We are extremely happy with the new floors, kitchen, and general upgrades we contracted for. I hired Oasis Builders to for my renovation project after interviewing 7 contractors. Neev struck out when he showed to be cautious and not over promising with his bids and estimates, and he had A LOT of portfolio. I also liked that Neev is the owner of Oasis which means I won't have to jump through hoops to get a hold of him. My project was quite a complicated one. It involved a kitchen, two full bathrooms and a powder room. It also includes removing a structural wall. As soon as we got the permit (which was a very smooth process, I felt like Neev did not waste a day letting me know what stage the permit application was at), the construction went by FAST. During the rough-ins, there was not a week that went by without workers on site. I felt like Neev did his best to schedule every trade down to the T. We passed all inspections and every subcontractor I spoke to loved working with Neev. Also, the subs were EXTREMELY NICE!! I really appreciate them and feel that they really care about the quality of their work. I especially love his tiler, Juan, who did an amazing job on tiling and I can't be happy enough about the result! During the finishing material stage, we had some issues with the flooring and railings due to miscommunication, but Neev held himself responsible throughout the process. I totally understand that construction is full of surprises but the way Neev deals with them makes me feel that they are not here to finish things and get paid. Their priority is to do things right and have a quality result that they can be proud of. To this I can say that it is probably the best quality anyone needs in a contractor, someone who holds themselves at high standards and think of the project like their own. Some other notable things from my experience is that Neev is a really resourceful guy. He helped me final a prior permit (the previous owner of the house had a kitchen remodel permit that was never finaled because the inspections didn't pass..), he got me a ton of discount on finishing materials, and his wife, Mai, is an interior designer and consulted us on color combinations and material selection. Neev has been as responsive four months after we moved in as the first day of the project. Any questions we had along the way, he never left us hanging and always made sure to follow up. Finally, Neev is flexible to work with. I told him that we wanted to move in by a certain date, and we didn't mind if there was still work that needed to be done. Neev really cared about us moving into a finished product, so he went guns blazing pouring all of his resources during the last few weeks so work would be done and professional cleaners could do a final cleanup before we moved in. It was truly unbelievable the length the team went to to finish the project. We've been in the house for four months now and everything looks great and works great. My husband and I hired Neev and Oasis Builders for a 4 month renovation of our recently purchased townhouse. Researching and hiring a GC is a daunting task, especially if it's your first major renovation project like it was for us. We are so glad we went with Neev and Oasis. Oasis Builders and Neev are hands down the absolute BEST! Having never done any construction or renovations of any kind, the whole process of renovating a new kitchen was so daunting to think about, but from the moment we first met Neev, we were put at ease and we knew he was the one! Neev was the first contractor we met with when shopping out contractors, but we did our due diligence to meet with at least 5 more. He set the bar so high on our first meeting that no one else even came close! He was so personable and super professional, understood our vision while also offering such great insight on the project as a whole. Every step of the way he was right there with us, incredibly patient and making sure everything was going to plan. We asked a million questions throughout the whole process, changed our minds, added in new work and through out it all he never batted an eye - always positive he could it make it work and he absolutely did! His team is very hard working, always professional and always helpful and everything they did looked just spectacular in the end. We could not be more pleased... and I have to honestly say Neev made it feel the entire time like having a friend you could count on in a tough time, as crazy as that sounds! What a true pleasure it was to find Oasis, and there is no way we would ever use another company for any future projects since we already hit the jackpot. Highly, highly recommended!!

Neev and his crews did a complete master bathroom remodel for me. The crews showed up on time everyday, cleaned up the workspace everyday before going home. They tore down walls, built new ones, re-worked the closet, reworked electrical and plumbing, removed windows and put in glass block, removed the old tub & shower and built a new large one. I knew how I wanted my bathroom to turn out and Neev did it just the way I wanted, better than I imagined! Thank you very much I love my new master bathroom!!!

Neev replied within a few hours, we met him the next day and received a price quote for our project the day after that. The organization & quick pace told us that Neev had the efficient style for us! The project stayed remarkably on time and budget, and hit the goal that we set of being completed before Thanksgiving, when we had out of town family coming to stay. I found Oasis Builders on-line while researching ideas for remodeling our kitchen. Neev (the owner) responded within an hour and after a general discussion of our needs, an appointment was scheduled. When we met Neev we liked him immediately. We soon knew that we had our contractor. He listened, offered suggestions and explained the process. And the result of that meeting was that we got the kitchen that we asked for. Neev excels in communication, always informing us as to the what and when. Before any work was performed Neev gave us a document called "Scope of Work". This was an easy to follow, reasonably detailed description of the entire process. We knew what to expect and in what order. And when we had questions, he was always quick to respond. He always arrived on time as did his crews. The crews were very professional and respectful. The big question after a remodel is would you hire this contractor again? And the answer is a resounding yes

Thank you guys for your awesome work! I was very stressed over starting a renovation in my home. I needed a lot of work in my kitchen and bathroom. I reviewed 8 teams before I found Oasis and none of them provided clear information and had patience to walk me through the process of how things were getting done and I almost did not want to proceed. My neighbor recommended to check these guys out because I loved what they did to her bathroom. They provided design layouts to select , material options , and went through the process of how things would go. Once I met with Neev, it was very easy to understand how things would go. Neev showed me more samples of his work and guided me through process step by step. Even with corona the remodel was done swiftly. The team would clean up after themselves and Neev was super cool to take my calls when I had detailed questions. We completed a major kitchen, bathroom and flooring remodel with Oasis Builders. My wife and I are fairly picky and needed assistance with the design process as well. After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Neev Kugel because of his demeanor, genuinity, and out of the box design ideas. He made a few changes to our initial ideas to make the project less complex and affordable without compensating on our wants. After many months of searching, I finally found my dream home which was a little older and needed work. I called several contractors in the valley and although I received several reasonable quotes, no one left an impression like Neev. He was honest, up front, and always returned my calls as I made adjustments to the work I needed done. I ended up agreeing to remodel the bathroom and kitchen and Oasis Builders truly shined when the work began. The crew was professional and clean. They waited outside until my wife left for work before entering the house and always cleaned up after themselves. Neev, in the meantime, stayed responsive to my calls and followed up everyday. He visited and asked for pictures to ensure the work was going as planned and stepped in the second I had concerns or if he saw anything that needed correcting. My wife and I had a lot of work done at our home over the past several years and we have had some less than pleasant experiences with contractors. We interviewed multiple contractors and Neev Kugel made such an impression on us that we really had no doubt that he was the right person. I’m not one to typically post a review but after our recent experience with Oasis Builders and specifically our project manager, Neev Kugel, I felt obliged to comment on their phenomenal work. We contracted Oasis Builders to remodel our Kitchen, Bathroom, and replace the floors throughout the house and I could not be happier! The entire process from beginning to end was a breeze. From our first meeting, Neev explained everything to us in detail and made sure we understood every aspect of our project. Neev was very big on communication, he always clearly outlined the next steps so we knew what to expect. This made the process much smoother and reduced the typical frustration that can come with remodels because we always knew the status of the work. Neev went above and beyond to make sure we were constantly happy throughout every step of the project. If we had a question, Neev had an answer. It didn’t seem to matter the time, we could always get a hold of Neev when we needed him. The crew of artisans Neev brought in to do the work was amazing. From the demolition crew to the tile guys, they were all professional and clean. They arrived on time and were courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the results and had us view everything as it was completed to make sure we were satisfied. Anything that needed to be addressed was handled right away and to our complete satisfaction. In terms of the price, we interviewed four contractors before deciding to go ahead and proceed with Oasis Builders for our project. We found the company’s price to be fair and competitive with the other quotes we received. Most importantly, they stuck to the price that was originally agreed. This was probably the most important thing to me when I hired Neev and Oasis Builders, he gave me the feeling I could trust him and that he would do what he said he was going to do. All in all, I would highly recommend Neev and Oasis Builders for any home remodeling project.
