The call back took several days. I called them on a Friday. It happened to be a long weekend and I didn't receive a call back until that Monday or Tuesday after the holiday. It was a long call back time and the only reason why I didn't call someone else is because I ended up getting busy with work and I didn't have the time to research someone else. He showed and did the job but I wasn't completely satisfied. He cut a hole in the wall and mis-measured. There was a hose in the wall that he couldn't get through and then he tried to patch that up and cut again. I wasn't totally satisfied with him and I wouldn't use him again. I don't know whether all service providers offer a discount for Angie's List members but he didn't offer anything like that to me even though I had informed him that I was through Angie's List.

Randall reviewed and discussed his plans for the project and shared much information the made his design superior and allowed me to request the same enhancements from other contractors.

Left message regarding work I needed done on windows and never heard back. Tried calling several times but only answering machine pick up.Rating D for lack of professionalism and follow through.

Great!! Superb!! I would definitely use Randy again! What struck me most about Randy was that he was so kind and yet professional. He came in on budget, which was important to me. He got the windows from Home Depot, although he placed the order 6wks ago when they first went on sale, they kept jerking him around on the delivery date. Totally not his fault, but it was frustrating none the less. He finally said they were in Fri 8/26. He went to pick them up on Mon 8/29, dropped them off at my house. He brought a friend with him, the next day, and they installed them in 1 day!! By Wed. 8/31 Randy had only 1/2 day of finishing work to do! He left the manuals for the new windows for me and made me a copy of the paperwork I would need for tax benefits.

Randy was punctual, friendly and well versed for the task at hand. He performed the job with great detail and skill and I was very impressed with his work ethic and final results of the job. He also spent considerable time sanding the windows and ensuring they slide easily. Thank you Randy. I would not hesitate and will use your services again as required in the future.

I really loved Randy. The price was about $40 an hour and it was reasonable. He is very personable. He listens to what is requested. He takes the initiative to solve problems. All around, he is just really great and we will use him again.

When O'Malley Construction painted the exterior of our duplex as well as replacing window sills in both the duplex and our personal home we felt that he paid special attention to our individual needs. His advice to us was sound and we were pleased with the professionalism of his crew as well. When he spent time at our rental property we were happy to know that he was also very respectful to our tenants. Their comment to us was that we seem to find the nicest people to do work for us. We will certainly call him again in the future.

Randy had done some work for me and was so good I had him back. He fixed my koi pond( resurfaced it and fixed the leak) also fixed the filter. Put in a new fence for me- fixed electric in basement and garage. Leveled my driveway and filled it for me. Put in a new light for me and fixed some wierd little jobs in the house. He does great work and I will have him back when needed. Pricing is reasonable and he delivers what he says!

At first I was slightly nervous for anyone to handle my 70 year old window but soon relaxed when I saw how confident and focused Randy was. He weatherproofed it correctly, per L.A. City building code, and it's beautiful. Sometimes I stop and just stare at it admiringly.

Every thing about the experience was good. Randy showes up promptly for his estimate, sent me the estimate by the requested date and started the job on the requested date. He arrived promptly every day -just worked thru the day each day until the job was done. Asked me along the way what I thought, if it was progressing the way I wanted it to, The finished job is great and I could not be happier. I have given him a list of additional jobs I would like done.

Everything was carried out in an excellent and professional manner. Randy arrived right on time, made suggestions on how to fix each of the problems, and went right to work. He kept things very clean, which is always important to my wife. At the end of the job, he added touch-up paint. The door, the window, and the drawers now work perfectly!
