+ -1 moreI was highly impressed with his proffessionalism, his customer service, after completing the job the area of which he was working in and around was spotless. I felt very comfortable with him, and when he assured me and gave me the warranty for the service I was very happy. I would highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Last Thursday I tried to use my air condition and i noticed after 1-2 hours that the fan was only working and the temperature was not changing. I called my friend and he gave me Eli's phone number, and he promised me to come in the next 2 hours. He was right on his estimated time. He checked my thermostadt and then he checked the level of gas in my condensor, Then he asked me when was the last time i had my unit serviced, when i told him that it had been a while since i did any service, he offered me his maintenance package that included a new filter. Then he completed the service replaced the filter and even waited until I saw the result that my air conditioner started to work like brand new.

+ -1 moreWe did one unit on one building first. Eli Zafrani of Nice and Cool was a pleasure to work with. His price to replace the unit was $2,500 less than what was quoted by a different dealer for the same unit. He also replaced all the interior ducting that was very torn and old. Several months later, we removed three old rooftop units from our building. He replaced all the ducting and registers so that two units were able to service the whole building. Replaced with two high effiency units. Overall, very pleased with his work and pricing. Would certainly use him again.
Description of Work: Removed four old rooftop air conditioner units. Removed all interior ducting Replaced with three brand new energy efficient units. replaced all ducting. Replaced all air outlets.
