+ -1 moreHumberto is such a kind and talented person. We've been using him for four years for all sorts of odd jobs. He's extremely upfront, reasonable and personable. He lets you know right away if he's comfortable completing a request and if not, he'll be sure to let you know if it's beyond his capabilities. He's not going to do a rush job, either. He's going to take his time to do it right. We had one of the register holes on the wall settle strangely the next day (after drywall/patch/paint) and he was out promptly correcting it without a charge to us. The walls look FANTASTIC now! They look smooth and new! My husband and I recommend making Humberto part of your home wellness team. He is someone that genuinely cares to see you happy with the end result!
Description of Work: Two days of work: fixed lock, deadbolt and position of interior lock hole on front door, fixed casement window, installed A/C wall unit in studio office, installed two dimmers, fixed screen on large sliding door, repaired sizable puncture hole in ceiling and patch/paint, removed three unused A/C register vents in wall and fixed open holes with 2x4/drywall/patch/paint, got heavy stain out of grout by shower
