Harry had successfully completed some smaller jobs for us and so we thought of him first when we needed a long list of things done in order to conform to city codes. He only completed some of the work and yet charged us for everything. When we failed the city inspection and the inspector asked to meet with Harry, Harry blew us off repeatedly. He ultimately abandoned the job and we are stuck looking for another electrician to finish it.
Description of Work: We were given a long list of minor corrections by a city inspector in order to bring our house up to code.

The workers were great to deal with. They were timely, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was completely happy with their service. I would highly recommend them to others. Their price was competitive.
Description of Work: Nayco Electrical upgraded our electrical capacity because of our new addition. It is now 200 amps.

We got 6 quotes. Harry's bid came in the middle. He promised to be onsite if not actually do the job personally. He did come in the mornings but left soon after leaving one employee to do the work. The guy worked fast & was polite. The bad part was that he seemed to be rushing so the outlets were installed crooked. We pointed out that they were askew & the guy came back & fixed them, but why not do it right the first time? Also, they actually charged me less than what they bid out, but they didn't do all the work they bid on. They covered the old light fixture holes with metal plates instead of reversing the boxes (they were part of a junction box). When I asked Harry, he said it would take another day & an extra $400. I'm not sure if the omission was an error, but it sucked that it wasn?t done. The other bids included that work. Weeks later when I called with a question, he got super defensive with me, raising his voice. He later apologized which was commendable but unprofessional.
Description of Work: They installed recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room, plus halogen lights under the cabinets and above the kitchen island. They installed GFI outlets in the kitchen island as well as removed the old ceiling fixtures. They also added dedicated outlets for the appliances.
