I thought that their price was very fair and that their methods were sound.

National Deck and Stair were efficient, did excellent quality work, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in the future.

Very smooth. The estimator arrived as scheduled. The estimate was done in two days. The work was performed in two days the following week. It rained the next day and we had no leaks. There is an eight year guarantee. They left six empty plastic containers, but offered to return and get them.

From the time I called them to the time they finished the job, it was done to our complete satisfaction. They were very professional. Their employees were pleasant. We have had this type of work done several times during the years and this is the best job yet.

The estimate was very low. I didn't expect it to be that low because there was a lot of work that needed to be done. I didn't end up using them because I thought there would be extra charges when the job when the job was completed.

An estimate was given on a Wednesday. A special request to move up the work date was met and the work was done in three days, one day short of the original projection. The workmen were efficient, punctual and respectful, leaving little evidence of their work. The only complaint was that when re-installing Trex material on a bench attached to the deck, one board was cut short, creating an aesthetic condition that needs a solution.

They did an excellent job. Luis was very quick. He did the work in four days. He was very competent and very professional. He got the work done, and we were very happy.

They did nice work. It all was fine. They came and gave an estimate. One week later they came back. It took five days to finish. They worked on four different surfaces. We are very happy with the results.

Their workmen are true craftsman. The job was completed to high quality standards in three days. Clean-up was excellent and inconvenience to tenants was minimal. I couldn't ask for better performance from a contractor.

We had had problems with leaks on our deck for some time. Had spent a lot of money with another contractor (who did not specialize in water proofing) but the problem remained. We got a quote from National Deck and Stairs for under $1000 and they said they'll give us an 8 year warranty. They did the job in two days. Quick, professional and very competent. We are very pleased with their work.

When I called for an estimate I connected with someone right away. She very quickly told me that they don't replace existing decking. She suggested that I contact a general contractor. This was confusing, since other reports stated that they replaced entire decks. I'd suggest that the company name should include "waterproofing" such as NATIONAL DECK & STAIR WATERPROOFING.

The guys showed up on-time, they were professional, and worked with our residents if there was a special need. They told me upfront what days they would be working on different areas so I could keep everyone informed and coordinated. I have not had any problems with this decking at all. They did magnesite work for me at another building, and we had problems, but they came and fixed everything without complaint and went above and beyond when it came to that job. I highly recommend Bruce Singer and his company. They have done several jobs for me now. When extra damage was found, they called and gave me options and a proposed cost which they stuck to.

Didn't even make it through creating the appointment. Company wanted to give me a ''driveby'' estimate without me being there to explain to the estimator what work I want done.

I left a message, but my call was never returned. Their message did not say they were on vacation.

Ron from Nat'l Deck and Stairs came out to give an estimate to repair existing wood decks. I was told they only use another material to waterproof decks, and do not repair wood decks. I'm confused, because in previous customer reports it states repair to a wood deck was done. It seemed as if the contractor did not want to do job.

The estimator was very contentious. I was worried about my new sliding windows being damaged. The estimator Ted Singer assured me that my new sliders would not be damaged. He made the effort to come by and check on the foremen. I thought this company was great. They were competitive in price compared to the others. I also felt that the work was done in a timely manner. Teresa and Angela were members of the office staff and were very helpful. This company also gave me references plus when I asked for more they gave me more.

Bruce Silver, owner, prompt and thorough with estimate. Support team in office professional, efficient, polite and eager to respond. Workers for the most part on time and executed job professionally. The only area of concern was communication. I don't speak Spanish and they did not speak English. But patio looks great and I'm quite pleased. Would use this company again and recommend them highly.

Excellent service. The crew was nice, professional, & did a superb job. Not to mention their pricing was great too. I received 5 estimates & they were the best.

The owner, Bruce, came almost immediately after my initial call for a free estimate, was prompt, & gave me the price on the spot. Crew showed up the following week & work took 3 days because of the rainy weather. They did a good job, it's been over a month now & with the few rains we've had, no leaks! The workers cleaned up after themselves each day & were polite & knowledgeable.

The estimator came on time as was very helpful. The work was estimated to take parts of three days and only lasted two. The workers were polite and on time. I think the price was good and am very satisfied with the work.

THEIR WORK WAS FAST AND THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS. I DID HAVE TO WAIT THREE MONTHS TO GET WORK DONE, HOWEVER.

THEY SEEMED TO BE PRETTY GOOD IN THAT THEY ACTUALLY CAME, AND THEY DID EVERYTHING WITH NOT A WHOLE LOT OF NOISE AND HOOPLA. WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY HAD COMPLETED THE JOB. THEY CAME AND DID IT AND WERE VERY QUIET. THEY JUST CAME, AND THEY DID IT. THE FINAL PRODUCT WAS GOOD.

IT LOOKS REALLY PRETTY NOW. THEY WERE GREAT. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY DID A GOOD ESTIMATE. THE WORKMEN WERE REALLY GREAT. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE TERRIFIC.
