Description of Work: I have a leak which seems to come from the upstairs deck, probably around the air-conditioning/heating unit. They sealed cracks in the area around the unit and waterproofed the area. They were prompt, professional and seem to have done an excellent job, although I will be certain only after the rains come. The price was reasonable in comparison with bids.

Description of Work: Two separate jobs at the same apartment building. They built and installed new stairway railings (to code) and reuilt a magnesite coated 2nd-story deck. It was a little hard to get the jobs started -- I think that may have been because they are busy -- but the work was 'top notch' when all was said and done. There was quite a bit of unexpected complications when the city insisted on both permits and engineered plans for the new stairway railings. The National Deck & Stair folks really came through for me; they satisfied the City's demands without costing me an arm and a leg.

Description of Work: Bruce and team from National Deck re-surfaced two balconies for me in conjunction with the replacement of patio doors. Every interaction I had with them from the initial quote to job completion was easy and very professional. They coordinated beautifully with the door contractors on job details and schedule. Their guys showed up on time and did a beautiful work on both balconies. I highly recommend them and am very happy with their work.
