+ 0 moreThe work was done VERY WELL! The team is very professional and has a great knowledge of the work they do. They are extremely responsible, clean, and punctual. They explain to you the problem and then give you different options on how it can be fixed. They are not "pushy" but after listening to what they know, you have no problem entrusting them with the work needed. I was extremely pleased with their work and would hire them again if needed.
Description of Work: The complete AC and Heating unit needed to be replaced.

He's always gone out of his way above and beyond what's expected and has on numerous occasions saved the day! I'd recommend him to anyone who needs regular mechanical service repair.
Description of Work: I have been using Eduardo and his team at MS Mechanical Service for a couple of years now, and he came highly recommended from a colleague of mine who runs a bar. I've used his service regularly for all manner of emergencies--from broken fridges, to a broken compressor, to a last minute emergency with broken walk-in fridge.

I have had "repair" companies come to do work on our A/Cs and walk in refrigerator, spend hours looking at it just to press a reset button, ambiguously charge some random number, which is usually $300 upwards with no clear explanation of what they did, only to have the the thing break again the next day. Eddy does not do repeat business model. He genuinely does want to fix things and is true professional of his craft. His prices are clear and very competitive. For all HVAC needs I would not want to use anyone else.
