Thank you for using our service! It is true that we cost a bit more than the independent handyman who works from the back of his truck, but our regular clients (70% of our business is return business) value the speed, efficiency and quality they get with a company that guarantees the work 100%, provides technicians with a minimum of 15 years of experience, carries more insurance than the state requires, and cares deeply about satisfying every customer. Although we're a little more expensive, we feel we are a great value. Hope to see you again!

Description of Work: The only reason that I wouldn't use this provider in the future is the pricing and that the mark up their cost on materials - something like 100% mark up which is robbery to me. The technician, though, was great and although he couldn't do one of the items on my task list, he was able to complete the other items and do them well.

Hello, thank you for your comments. We do have a small mark-up on materials in line with other contractors and providers, but not to the extent that you mentioned. We do this so that we can guarantee the materials as well as our work 100%. So if something we purchased fails, we will remove it, shop for it, and replace it without charging a cent. Unfortunately, construction materials do commonly fail, but most other service providers charge for their time to repair or replace the material, saying that it isn't their fault. We don't believe in that - if we provided it and installed it, you are covered by our guarantee.
