Except for all the documentation requested from the underwriters, everything was awesome!!!

I just completed a second home loan refinance with Mortgage Capital Associates (MCA), and could not be more pleased with the outcome! Jennifer Cho is an outstanding loan officer who answered all my questions and handled issues that arose with the utmost professionalism. Given the changes in real-estate, I was cautious. However, Jennifer explained the process along the way - reassuring me when we were on track and highlighting potential risks. She is an honest and highly competent individual. Prior to calling MCA, I shopped traditional banks and got traditional rates and fees. Mortgage Capital beat the best rate by 1/4% with no points and very low closing fees! Best of all, I was guaranteed a 25 day closing period and just as before, they delivered! I highly recommend Mortgage Capital and Jennifer Cho when buying or refinancing a home.
