Specific two hour window was set for service the next day. In the middle of that window, provider called to say that their service people were running "about an hour late", and thus would not arrive within the service window. I was unable to miss another half day of work to accommodate their being "short staffed" and will move on to another provider.

They did top quality work in what they did..

It was Friday evening (of course) and the drain in my only bathroom completely blocked up. I phoned two budget "rooter" companies and got no answer - not even a recorded message. I checked Angie's List, found highly-rated Morganized, and with fingers crossed called. Morgan, the owner, answered immediately, and within 30 minutes a service person was at my home. Hosea was fantastic - incredibly pleasant and had everything fixed, reassembled, and the area cleaned up in short order. He even showed me the pile of yucky gunk pulled from the pipes! I can't tell whether the pricing was high or low but it wasn't horrible even at the after hours time-and-a-half rate. I have a lot more work to do on other units in the building and will be using this company.

I have used Moraganized Plumbing in the past. We recently remodeled a bathroom and our contractor was being difficult about using a plumber he had not worked with prior . So... we went with his and boy was that a mistake! From the rough in for the toilet being to far from the wall, to the drain waste valve leaking to a few other mishaps. My husband and I finally had enough and used Morganized Plumbing to finish the job! As with our previous experience, the crew was professional, courteous and did the work once, CORRECTLY!

Excellent experience. Morgan is very well put together, well-spoken, professional, punctual and works with skilled laborers. There was no problem during the month that I employed him to work over my new kitchen. I would definitely use him in the future.

He's very easy to work with, I was very impressed. He did very thorough work. He was easy to talk to and easy to work with. I felt that the price was very reasonable. He didn't try to sell me any services that weren't needed, he just did everything he could to make the repair. He found out what was wrong first, and then went about it and fixed it.
