I was very pleased with Monson's work. They came out for a free inspection and gave me a price on the spot. They even removed some dead rats for me before they knew they were getting the business. The rate was reasonable and the rats were gone the same day that they did the work. They also came back 4-5 times to make sure any dead carcasses were removed and to make sure there were no more issues. I haven't heard anything in the attic for at least 3 weeks now and I'm very happy.

I am the homeowner of the Beverly Hills property where the work was performed. My tenant said that Manny, the owner, brought a woman with him on one visit and my tenant found her to have a very unprofessional appearance and to be looking around the living room and wandering into the kitchen. My tenant asked her to please go outside and asked Manny, the owner not to bring this woman back. My tenant was otherwise pleased with Manny's effective solution to the rat problem. His prices were much less than the other companies. My tenant did request that he let her know ahead of time when he would be coming out to check the traps and that he would only be allowed inside the house when she was home as a result of the woman seemingly snooping around inside the house in rooms that she had no reason to be in.

Overall we had a very good experience with the Monsons. They accomplished what they set out to do in a reasonable time frame. Janice Roosevelt Gerard, Ph.D.

I paid between $60 and $70 for their service. They were great. They were very upfront and honest about everything. They gave me few side tips that I could do myself to minimize the problem in the future. They called me and explained everything that they were doing. I liked them. They were a small business which I liked. They offered me an option to use organic chemicals but I did not go with it. I thought their price was very fair.

I was a little skeptical about calling a smaller company but I was frustrated with trying to schedule time with Orkin and had a previous bad experience with Dewey. So I saw their Craigslist ad and called them up. From the first phone call, Manny was straightforward and professional. I was even able to get an appointment in the early evening (5:30) so I didn't need to take time off work. He was able to give me a quote for spraying, but not for rodent-proofing, since he wanted to see what needed to be done. Fair enough, I guess. He arrived right on time and seemed to really know his stuff. He sprayed for ants, which haven't been back since. Before starting on the rodent proofing, he told me how much it would be; while there wasn't much to do, I thought his price to be very reasonable. So he repaired a couple screens that allow air into the crawl space under the house so that rodents wouldn't be able to get in. He talked me through everything he was doing and gave me a lot of advice on what I can do to prevent bugs from getting in the house. I hope I don't need to call an exterminator any time soon, but if I have to I'm glad I know a good one to call.
