Monroy's Father & Son Restoration

Monroy's was great! The wood floors throughout our entire home were flooded and had to be torn up, along with portions of our walls which were wet as well. Because we were dealing with potential mold growth, as well as lead and asbestos in the building materials because it is an older home, we were very nervous about making sure the job was done right. We had initially started to contract with two other companies, then had to back out because we did trust them to do the job right and/or try to charge us more money than we agreed upon. Daniel and his dad were always available to answer our questions, were upfront about all of the pricing and presented us with different options. They kept everything around our home clean and tidy, despite the fact that it was a large demolition project. Literally no complaints about the process. And most importantly we feel confident that it is a safe home to live in and there will be no ongoing issues with mold, lead, or asbestos. Monroy's Father and Son Restoration are who I would refer any friends or family to. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Professional, great results, and fast!

We suffered major water damage and Monroy’s and Son saved us. Not only did they respond quickly that day, they set up the machines very cleanly, were extremely attentive and helped navigate us with insurance. The repair work, flooring, painting etc. was professional and very well done. Daniel was in constant communication and made a difficult process very smooth.

My family and I just want to thank Daniel, his father, and his amazing crew for making a terrible situation into a blessing in disguise. We were displaced from our home for almost a year due to a flood. Had a terrible time dealing with insurance, but having Daniel with us throughout every step of the way made everything much more bearable. Our home turned out beautifully! For anyone going through this inconvenience as well, your home will be in great hands with Daniel and his crew!

Fully recommend Monroy's Father and Son restoration. They offer very reasonable rates, they finish their work on time--though usually they finish the full project ahead of schedule--they always checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the work done (and came back when we we needed small tweaks). Their crew is super friendly and conscientious. We were so happy with the result of their restoration of our two bathrooms after a shower-pan leak, we hired them to fixed our kitchen floors and to install vinyl flooring in the rest of our home. I would not hesitate to hire them for other projects. And perhaps this is an odd thing for me to say, but it is just me and my mom, and we have seen so many rude and condescending contractors it makes my blood boil to think about them. But Daniel, his father, and the entire crew always respected us: at no point were we ever talked down to, and our questions were always taken seriously. Please do not hesitate to hire them.
