Description of Work: When I first spoke to David on the phone, after getting information as to why we were calling for his assistance, he went through step by step what he would be checking and why. David was able to get us scheduled in 48 hours and showed up on time. After initial inspection David explained his findings and made suggestions as to where to take samples and gave me a cost breakdown. After taking the appropriate samples David also suggested what should be repaired anyways and the amount of work and time that the repairs would take. I was told that it would take 7 days to get the results and they actually took 6 days!! Overall very satisfied with David and Mold Masters and would highly recommend them to others.

Overall, the job went smoothly.
Description of Work: Mold Master's provided excellent service at a good price. They seemed very knowledgable about what they were doing, and the staff was extremely professional and attentive to my needs. They responded quickly to my needs and thoroughly explained what they were going to do. Pricing seemed more than fair given other estimates I received. Hopefully won't need mold services again, but if I do I will definitely call Mold Masters.

Great!
Description of Work: Tenant had valid report of leaking but then started to claim the leaks from the bathroom were creating a hazard. They immediately came out to inspect and did an air quality test which proved him wrong - quickly! One problems solved, when another bid started at over $1,000. Very happy with their service and would recommend.
