Description of Work: He never worked for me so I cannot say he had lousy work, but when he came to give me a quote, he did not even have a pen and paper to give me written estimate. I see too many risks in hiring someone like that.

+ -1 moreCouldn't have gone better. I was very flexible on the job's timeframe, encouraging him to fit my project in between bigger jobs (part of the reason for the great price). Miguel's crew chief Rubin was the absolute best, making sure all doors, windows and pavers were well taped off with plastic to protect them. He even made minor corrections quickly to pass Burbank's strict building codes. These guys are in demand, but if you want a great job at a great price, from patches to complete stucco work, call Miguel for an estimate. Be sure to mention you'd like Rubin to head the crew.
Description of Work: Came across Miguel and his crew doing a stucco job on a house in my Burbank neighborhood. Saw how efficient they were working and what a good job they were doing, so I asked him for a free estimate for a complete stucco job I had around the corner. Miguel came by and gave me the best quote by far. Had them start work not long after. These are the guys other contractors are calling when you pay them 2, 3, and 4 times as much. Did a complete stucco job on a small guest house, including lath, 1st, 2nd scratch and final color stucco coat.
