I manage 8 apartments - Israel is always on time, very clean and proffessional, and his rates are very reasonable. Guys in the past have charged me 75 - 120 to snake a drain. Israel usually has at least one workman with him and still only charges me $50. He once said because I am a manager and he's trying to leave me room to charge the owners, but I told him "I bill the owners for my time." and his rates have remained the same - extremely fair.

I own an apartment complex so I use a lot of people. This guy is great. Genuine. He's a young licensed plumber who really wants to do a good job. Most guys just want to get it done fast and grab the money. Israel and his brother put in the extra time to do things RIGHT. All the other plumbers I spoke with told me the dryer vent needed to go up an out. My building has an attractive outdoor patio area, I wanted to keep it that way. I had already gotten it into my head from the other guys that that wasn't possible. So imagine my surprise when HE suggested it! What a God send! He used a solid metal vent and ran it along the basement wall and out the existing vent - It works great! I've used him about 3 times since then and he always shows up right away. With an apartment complex - this is important. He came back a few days later to fix a garbage disposal in a different apartment. Since my building was on the way to his other job, he didn't charge me and even gave me a special screw driver to fix it myself in the future (I'm the manager - I need to know this stuff). This last job he had to order parts. He and his brother were there for about an hour fixing my irrigation system...charge: 80 plus materials (I saw the receipt).
