Trouble free and quick. Moved furniture and replaced it when finished. Very clean--hauled everything away.

The price was the best quote I got among Angie's list recommendations. The staff at the store were excellent, very busy and yet attentive. The help and advice towards selecting the right carpet were invaluable. The delivery and fitting of the carpet and the shades was done on schedule. The carpet fitting was immaculate. The shades work properly and look good. This is a long standing business that deserves its reputation.

I asked for a quote and received nothing from them.

I need to have my kitchen floor changed because it is scratched everywhere and stained. So, I went to Melrose Carpet right away because I used them for my guestroom, master bath, and powder room. I always meet with June or Janet. Today I met with June. He worked quickly. I told him what I want to do and he quickly made an appointment for the free assessment. That person already came and left. He is going to give June my measurements tomorrow and if I am lucky, I can have this all done by Thursday. I like when things go quickly and smoothly. Finally, I need to let you all know that Melrose Carpet is a discounted store. I feel that the quality of my carpet and floors are excellent. So that's why I had no reason not to go back one more time. And the installers did an excellent job already. And I know that the work will be just as good in my kitchen.

I worked with Janet at Melrose Carpet. She immediately grasped what I was looking for and pointed out the perfect carpet on the first try. I had looked at other places but really found that Janet's expertise at Melrose got me headed in the right direction. I also had confidence in the carpet installers (Miguel) I am thrilled with the carpet and would definitely return to Melrose Carpet.

First of all, when you visit their showroom you must work with Isac. He was amazing, patient and creative. He looked at my colors/fabric samples and offered many suggestions. Scheduling was easy and they were able to get the wool blend carpet I wanted from Georgia within a week. Installation went perfectly and I love the results. NO Complaints here!

Very good experience. We purchased high quality remnants for a 400 sq foot area from Melrose Carpet. Very pleasant shopping experience - salespeople were professional and helpful. Carpet was delivered and installed as promised the next day. Overall, great experience and good pricing on remnants.

I needed to replace old carpet. They came to measure the area needed and returned a few days later to complete job. The workers were polite and proficient.

Very satisfactory. They re-installed a carpet that had been water damaged in a split level area. The job was straightforward, but well performed, and they fixed the mistakes of the previous installation. I would use them again.

Contacted James and he immediately sent out his estimator. Very fast service. We already knew we wanted Tarkett 'Lifetime warantee' flooring and James had the best quote. The Tarkett flooring material was ordered on Monday, arrived at Melrose Carpet on Wednesday and we had our choice of having it installed on either Thursday or Friday. We decided on Friday. The installers arrived precisely on time and were professional, courteous and friendly. Hugo and his assistants did a great job, very careful cutting and placing the material and very careful to avoid tracking anything onto our carpets and floors. They were also efficient in cleaning up after the job was done. Have used Melrose Carpet in the past for carpet (not flooring) and would not hesitate to use them again for either.

They were punctual in their installation and did a good job. The carpet we selected matched our color scheme and was of a very high quality. The selection of overstocked carpets was extremely limited and of a great variety in quality and price.

I had a really great experience with them. i was looking to get a good quality carpet for a low price. they sell remnants there and that's the only way i know of to get a great deal. (several places do that). I paid $1500 for a good quality carpet, (good size bedroom) extra thick padding, delivery, installation, and tax all included. they treated me the same as if i was buying carpet for $100 yard. they showed up exactly when they said they would. did an excellent installation and i would use them again in a heartbeat. they were a pleasure from start to finish!

We had used them earlier for drapes. The woman who attended to us then was very helpful. It was the color and material that I wanted. They got the drapes here when they said they would. It was well made. Their work was fine. There were not a lot of complexities to it.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO COME. THE CARPET WAS WHAT THEY SAID IT WAS GOING TO BE. THEY MADE A SPECIAL EFFORT TO BIND EXTRA CARPET FOR ME FOR WHEN YOU FIRST WALK INTO THE ROOM. I THINK THEY PUT IN SOME SPECIAL EFFORT FOR ME.
