They showed up on time. Went to get the part and came right back. Installed and left. Called back a week later to make sure refrigerator was working well. It was. Painless.

We are renters and when things go bad, we just call the landlord and let him deal with it. Well, a couple of weeks ago, there was some electrical work done on our flourplex and our oven and that of our upstairs neighbor blew their ignitors. We were both absolutely distraught as we are huge cooks and bakers and live in these units because of their large kitchens modern kitchens. We called the landlord and Chris came over, at the appointed time, a few days later to fix our ovens. He quickly fixed both ovens and charged the landlord $250 for the repair and service call. Before he left, asked his opinion about our fridge, which we own. It's rather old and starting to leak and runs way too cold. We already planning to replace it. He took a looked behind the control panel and noticed there was frozen water in there. His suggestion was to unplug it so it completely defrosts and that should fix the problem, but to call him before we plug it back in so he could get a good look in there. A few days later, we cleaned out the fridge, shut it down (Thank goodness for plug in coolers!) and once we felt certain all the ice melted, we called Chris. He came over the same day, did a thorough inspection and flushed out the drain. He said nothing more really needed to be done, so he just charged us $25 for gas money. Now our oven works even better than before and our fridge doesn't freeze our lettuce. And we saved one less fridge from the landfil and saved quite a bit of money! So It's going to be a very happy (and yummy!) holiday for us!

This was a disaster, as the appointment was re-scheduled 3 times, and each time, there was an excuse made, and ultimately, there was NO RESPONSE, and he did NOT show up. My neighbor and I BOTH got calles that he was coming the next day, but he DID NOT!!!
