I've used them for over 15 years and they have done a variety of construction jobs for me at my home and office building. He has done everything from acoustic ceiling repairs, dry wall, door hanging to painting. He's extremely thorough, neat and organized. The results are always professional. He's very complete in his bid, honest and trustworthy to have on the property.

Jack's Acoustical Ceiling did a great job in removing our popcorn ceiling. After trying to remove the popcorn ceiling myself, I decided to hire a pro. I interviewed several companies and decided to hire Max because of his knowledge, personality, and honesty. He really is a nice guy and our ceiling looks really nice. The only minor comment that I really have is that after he removed tape from the plastic sheet covering, there were areas where the paint peeled off our walls. However, Max did warn us about this beforehand. There was some minor touch up work that needed to be done on the walls afterwards. All in all, we would absolutely hire Max again. He and his crew do their own work and did not juggle multiple projects which is extremely rare with contractors. What impressed us the most though was his experience, knowledge, and delivery. I'm actually somewhat surprised that Max doesn't have more ratings. He is absolutely awesome!

He did a very nice job. He was very clean. He was efficient and on time. His rates were fair in a good way.

Max is prompt, responsive and does excellent work. At the time of the remodel, I was pregnant and very concerned about dust and schedule. I am also an architect, so I am quite picky when it comes to quality. Max responded quickly to my initial call, came, provided an estimate, provided an alternate means to get the work done to minimize dust, arrived on time to complete the work, and completed the work on schedule. There were absolutely no surprises. The walls and ceilings look great and he left the place cleaner than when he had started the work.

It was great working with Max. He was able to give us a fair bid over the phone, which I trusted based on his Angie's List ratings. He came, put up plastic on the walls and over the floors, then removed the popcorn ceiling. The old ceilings weren't in a shape to be painted, so we decided on a price for re-plastering the ceilings and Max did it quickly and efficiently. In addition, we were doing other DIY work throughout the house and Max gave us lots of good advice and tips. In general, he was a pleasure to have around, and we love our new ceilings. We felt very comfortable with Max in the house, and I'd definitely recommend to others.

This guy was in and out. We had a lot of dust, but it cleaned up fine He did a very good job. He came to do the estimate, showed up the day we agreed on, and went right to work. The timing was wonderful. My painter was able to come right in the next day.

I have called him three times and he keeps saying he will call back later in the day. If he has a advertisement in the magazine I expect good quality work and a response from the company.

They did an awesome job. They were very neat and didn't make too much of a mess. I felt they were very thoughtful when doing their job, and they took good care of my wooden floor. They even smoothed out some textured walls I had in one of the bedrooms and didn't charge too much for it. Overall the company did an excellent job, and I highly recommend them.

We removed all the beds, lamps and other furniture that would make it hard do the job. On the first day he covered all the carpeting, furniture and walls with plastic. On the same first day he also removed all the acoustic ceiling and layered on the first coat of plaster on all five rooms. By the first day all the rooms looked great. He brought himself and three crew on that first day. The following two days two crew came to put on the other coats and Max came to inspect the work. The ceilings look great. They did a great job.

I would recommend Jack's Acoustical. Max and his crew did an excellent job and left the place reasonably tidy. The price was high, but considering the quality of the work, I think it was fair. He was also a pleasure to deal with, very polite, and prompt.

Came out. Gave me a quote after second contact. I returned that call to ask when we could do the job. I never heard back from him again.

Max was on time, professional, honest and polite. He did the work as promised and on time. I would definitely recommend him for drywall or plaster repair work.
